Amazing! Found this place on Google and only saw 1 review. Keep in mind it’s new! But service was amazing, sushi and food was amazing. Albacore tasted fresh, the fish on all rolls tasted fresh, light and yummy. Sushi so good you don’t even have to dip it in soy sauce. Get there Cajun fries, you won’t regret it✨

It’s great to see new management taking over after Sushi Omi and Hikari Sushi. This particular location has served as a sushi place for many years, although it has faced challenges in recent times due to the pandemic. Considering the limited number of sushi establishments in the area, Ocean Sushi stands out as a decent option in West Hollywood.

First of all, it was a plus for me that they have for free parking at the back (knowing WeHo, parking isn’t mostly free). Atleast for lunch time when we ate but not sure during dinner time. For the food, we ordered 2 rolls, udon, bento, and sashimi. They were all pretty good. The sushi rolls are easy to like – very catered to most common taste buds. The only difference with their food is that the prices are very reasonable. The sushi rolls are about $11-13 and the rolls are ofcourse, plenty. The best one for me was the bento box! I’ve had some before where only few items on the bento I’d say were good but theirs – all of them were delicious. My kids like the udon but they love noodles. Salmon sashimis were very fresh. Service is great, the girl was always there waiting for us to call. Ambiance is typical but cozy. We’ll definitely come back for more!

New sushi place in the West Hollywood area. I tried mountain roll and chirashi sushi bowl. The quality of food and service were above and beyond. I would come back again for the happy hours!

If you’re craving rolls but want to stick to low-carb, give ocean roll a try. I don’t have a picture on me at the moment, but their scallop is really good, whether in sushi or baked. It’s definitely worth going!
