Guys … I’ve been going to taco bell for a long time. I don’t expect 5 star service but today was a new low. Our order was incorrect, the wrong taco came out. The chalupa shell was hard like it had been sitting out for hours. There was no spoon for the pintos and cheese… And the icing on top, the entire cup for the beans was smashed in. If you plan on getting taco bell do not go to the rainbow Blvd location.

A 1-2 punch of rudeness. The employee at the drive thru tried to make me pay for water. I had to explain that I wanted the free water cup. After I ate my food, I went inside to throw away my trash and use the restroom. When I asked for the code, the employee who watched me throw away my Taco Bell asked if I was a customer and proceeded to complain that I wasn’t a customer and shouldn’t be allowed to use it. After I pulled up my order on the Taco Bell app, she begrudgingly let me in, complaining the entire time. Totally bizarre experience.

I waited for 30 minutes for my order when I asked for them to just cancel my order and forget the food they refused. They then put my food down and said I needed to take it and I couldn’t get a refund. I will absolutely never go back after that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This Taco Bell for some reason has absolutely the best customer service! You’re pulling into that drive-through feeling like a 5 maybe a 6 and that staff makes you feel like a 10.5 as you pull out on to Rainbow Blvd with your delicious crunchwrap supreme in hand!

The staff at this location are discriminatory and rude. My deaf friends and family should be able to eat/door dash here with no issue, yet EVERY TIME they try they get yelled at and told they need to order through the speaker. THEY NEED ACCESSIBILITY. Fire these people. Seriously.
