I love their crab meat salad so that’s why I picked going this time. I tried a new sushi with salmon and cream cheese and it was excellent. Our table was in a good location, private, everything was clean and our waitress was excellent. Even their takeout boxes were nice for our leftovers.

I typically head downtown on Tuesday nights to another place, but time got away from me. So, I headed over to Nori. I typically do lunch at Nori, but tonight, I really wanted sushi and thought I’d give it a shot. I won’t say anything about the food other than it was great. They were very busy, but it did die down before I got out. My issue was the service. I simply felt like I was a nuisance. I know the server was busy, so I wanted to be patient…But I didn’t want to be ignored. I never said anything and I’m not angry. I hope she had a wonderful night. I wasn’t asked how was the food, if I needed anything…Just “What would you like to drink/Can I take your plates/It’ll be $38.” Not even sure if I was wished a good night… Guess I’ll just stick to lunch.

This is my favorite Asian place I have found in Wilmington. There are some other really good ones (Indochine, The Six Happiness) but this is the only one I’ve found that offers you the option of brown rice which is important to me and puts them at the top of my list.

Ordered via doordash. I got charged 27$ for a “poke bowl” which consisted of large chunks of ingredients that all needed to be cut in order to be bite sized for a reasonable adult, “blue crab” Rangoon had hardly any filling, out of the 3 we received, there might of been half a teaspoon of actual crab in it, I also didn’t receive a salad but not sure if that was the dasher or the restaurant. The food does not taste bad but leaves a lot to be desired and is priced WAY to high. Wilmington has several very good sushi spots and this one did not impress whatsoever

Great food and service when we go there. But if you are going to close at 9:30 then make that information available. If you close early then let us know. Arriving while staff is sitting chatting and on their phones, cook staff washing things down, and its 30 minutes before your advertised closing is not fun when we drive 30 minutes to get there. Just let people know. We looked online and said you were open. If we called, you think someone who answered would say “yes…please come” they would not. If you own the business please close at 9:30. Or say you close at 9:30.
