Worst McDonald’s ever. Nobody can possibly read receipts in that place. Order is wrong every time. Don’t bother using the app with this place, you’ll get the wrong order. The children working the drive through need to learn how to not have an attitude while working with customers. People shouldn’t have a snark attitude when being asked for a couple ketchup packets or extra napkins. I see management taking garbage out and sitting on their phone instead of running the store inside. So much wrong with this place. 1 star is a blessing to this place, it really doesn’t do justice. Avoid this place if you care about your own insanity and don’t want to waste your money. Everything sucks about this location. Go to the one on route 30 if you need a fix.

The rib sauce is yummy and so sweet. But last night at Broadway McD in Joliet something was seriously off. It was watery and didn’t even taste like the rib sauce at all. At first we got 2 mcribs with zero sauce. So went back and they put this thin watery sauce on them. They also gave us a small 2oz container that they put this same “sauce” in. The container had oil sitting on top of this so called sauce and it tasted more like a very mild and watery steak sauce then their known rib sauce. Without that sauce it’s not the infamous McRib. Tried calling today and got hung up on before I said a word and 2nd attempt nobody answered.
