Wichita West (21st West), location drive thru is the best Domino’s Pizza in this area!!! The service was fantastic!! The food was piping hot and very scrumptious! The best overall experience!!! The food was Great, the dessert was Great and the drinks were cold. I had two slices down before reaching home!!!!

I think one star is still too much for this location. Cassey, the manager, is an absolute JOKE. Delivery times are long and the app to delivery tracker lies to you about your food being delivered. I had a $60 pizza order and $100 bill and they would not take my money. This policy they have about not taking $50 or $100 bills is a lie. Domino’s does not have that policy and Cassey does not have the ability to manage her money drawers or her employees. The fact that they ‘don’t take $50s or $100’s’ is not posted in their store and is a testament to the mismanagement and bad management team this unfortunate store has been forced to deal with. I can only imagine what kind of day-to-day issues the normal employees at this location have to deal with with such good competent leadership. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Deliver driver was rude and pushy, he demanded a tip when it was contactless from the start. Then said I was the 5 person to stiff him that night and he’d never deliver back to my house again. Lol ya sorrry but I order from here once a month if that, if pizza boy don’t like minimum wage then find a real job and make more money. demanding it from people you deliver to trying to make up from them not paying you a fair wage is super unprofessional. I’ll make it easy for ya pizza boy and dominos I’ll just not order from y’all again. kinda made my night

Can I just say you’ve made a new customer. Had a carry out curbside and the guy that brought out our order was courteous, attentive and friendly. He brought out our order and asked if we needed any plates or napkins which we did and didn’t even know that was an option. Pizza also tastes better than I remember and I do love the chicken bites. Thanks for great service and yummy pizza.
