This place has been closed since May of 2022. I have reported this several times and it still shows its open. They completely gutted this store out and has a for sale sign on door. Don’t waste your time going here because it doesn’t exist anymore.

I love the food the service is almost always terrible. This is how my food was given to me. People are coming in touching stuff before washing or sanstizing.there is no sense of urgency took me like 15 minutes for 2 subs. It’s not just this location it’s like everyone I go to. I’m done with subway for a while. I’m in food too and this is not how I conduct business. I mean something is wrong everytime , I ask for it to be correct cause I’m right there and I get people huffing….

I went in at 5:38 pm Sunday, 7/18/21. Only customer. There was a worker stocking sodas by the order stand. Didn’t say a word to me so I said hello. She responded with a hello but continued to stock the sodas….in fact she went to the back to get more sodas to put in the refrigerator. I assumed I was waiting for someone else for 5 minutes to come and take my order but no….she eventually came around and took my order. No she did not say thank you.

Edit: 1 star now because the general manager of the subways in ballwin, mo and surrounding areas (63011) i guess is refusing to update the hours on here for this and the the other location on manchester about 3 mi from this one. This location has been closed for over a year, probably pushing 2 years at this point. Get your hours updated. If they’re not opening back up at all, take the locations off.

I went into this Subway and the employee was making a call on her cell phone. She did not great me. I stared at her for a bit before she very rudely snapped at me, “I gotta place my order. What you gonna get?” I told her nevermind and went to the next closest location. Embarrassingly bad customer service – so rude. This occurred at 1:50 on Sunday, September 13, incase management is interested.

This place was great. Only one worker working but she was able to take care of about five people in about 6 or 7 minutes. Not bad for one person. But food was perfect and I loved the fresh brewed drink station.

I ordered a pickup online for a couple hours later, just so I could grab my food and get to where I needed to go on time. My order wasn’t even started when I got there even after the time I set online. I realize there is only one person working sometimes, but there was only one customer in line ahead of me and I called ahead of time and paid. No apology at all, I’m an understanding person, though this was unacceptable.

I had a great experience at this location yesterday. My sandwich was made perfectly, and the staff (man and woman) was super nice. They had some problems with the register malfunctioning but both employees handled it with such professionalism and consideration for the customers who were waiting in line to pay.
