Wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered a pizza on Friday and they called back and said they didn’t have the toppings that I wanted so I decided to cancel the order. They still charged my card for the pizza. When I called to get this taken care of the owner was extremely rude refused to give me my money back threatened to call the police and said he had my address and threatened to come fight me. Never going their again.

Absolutely the worst service and food I’ve ever experienced. After getting home our fries are cold and stale, wings are soggy at best, cheese steak was made wrong. So took back and was told it was basically our fault everything was issues we had done. Then after arguing with the owner. I was able to get a very small portion of our money back. But only after I was told he wasn’t going to do anything and I said I would gladly call the law. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever eating at this place. The food is nasty and the owner is even nastier. I hope this place gets closed down soon. Unbelievable that this scumbag is even allowed to own a restaurant. I’m sure he will not be open long operating it the way he is now. It’s more of a scam than a restaurant. Stay away from this place.

The staff was very friendly, the good was good and reasonably priced. This is a great place to pop in for a sandwich or a burger. Or if you want to stay a little longer they have pool tables and a fish table. No liquor, but a lot of fun

Most inconsistent pizza I ever eaten! Ingredients are not fresh..Sauce is out of a can.. Pepperoni’s are not old world! Under cooked slices and very bland flavor..Wings are just as bad! I finally found a decent pizza parlor with good wings…It’s a shame that establishments can stay in business, Simply because a majority of people that eat at these pizza parlors don’t know good pizza! It’s just a night off from doing dishing..smdh. If a restaurant has a 3.5 rating..It’s probably best to avoid it! My mistake.

Best pizza I’ve had since moving here!!! Fast and super friendly service!! Definitely do everything they can to ensure their customers are happy. Excellent prices for the quantity and quality of food you get!! Will ALWAYS recommend – Be NICE to the woman that waits on you!! She is an absolute gem and should be treated as such!!! We’ve dined in, picked up take out and had it delivered, extremely satisfied with each!

We order out from Naples quite often. The honey wings are my absolute favorite. The pizza is good while it’s hot. Our delivery is always fast and friendly. When I am hungry , and looking for affordable delivery with minimal wait, Naples is definitely my go- to spot.

I had a order for delivery that took about two hours to be delivered by the slow delivery driver. Then on top of that the delivery driver gave my french fries to someone else. The manager did not make it right and I should have been refunded my money on the fries. I would suggest you don’t do business at this greasy dive.

Was not impressed. I ordered orange chicken it was disgusting. I only got 4 pieces of chicken and it had a bunch of gristle in it. Rice was lumpy. Husband got philly cheese steak it had no cheese and no flavor to meat. Kids spaghetti was nice size. And alright. Delivery took an HR and half. Was not worth 40 dollars.
