You never had Gorditas? Well you are in for a treat, this is the most authentic Gorditas we have tried in the US. They are like the ones grandma and aunty made when we were kids. They have corn and flour to choose from and a variety of fillings that go with it. As a vegetarian I loved the rajas con queso and the mushroom and cheese. The kids really liked the cheese and cheese and beans. We will make another trip to Denver just to try these awesome Gorditas from la comarca lagunera (Durango & Coahuila border). They have another food truck in Aurora if that’s closer to you.
