Wish i could give this zero stars. Waiting on call for over 30 minutes and ended up going into order my pizza. They kept answering and kept going back on hold. I went from 1st in line to 4th and back and forth. So sucky.

Had to give 1 star!!!! Should be No star!!!! Not even worth it!!! Order from a real pizza place! Little Nicky’s and others!!! The fake gm was horrible and had no customer service skills!! 1hr and half and still no food!!!! What a great place to do business!!! The real gm needs to rethink his staff and hire better!!! If not this place will be closed soon for good!!!!!!

Daughter did a no contact. Pizza was supposed to be 50percent off. She ordered a small Hawaiian. She left 20. Didn’t get any change. My wife called when she got home and the person was rude to her. When I have time I’m going to stop in and please let them be rude to me. We will never order from there again.

OMG, Wow! I don’t normally order Domino’s and it’s normally the same each time. Not tonight! Umar was working the make line and made this amazing Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. The best I’ve ever had. It was full of the ingredients, melted cheese oozing out, with the freshest baked bread you could taste. I don’t know what stars aligned to get such an amazing sandwich but I needed to say thank you!

I called when I got to the store and asked kid if I paid for it with a credit card? If he could bring it out. To which he said WHY? I told him I was disabled and coming in would be rough. Which he insisted I come in and pay. Then when he actually seen me struggling to walk he changed his attitude and carried it out to my truck.

The worst experience, just spoke to the night manager because this is what we got when we ordered double cheese pizzas (which are a step above extra cheese, and TWO steps above regular cheese). I called him to complain about the issue and tell him that all 3 pies were wrong, he said “well I’m sorry you feel like that but there’s nothing I can do”! Absolutely worst customer service, absolute worst domino’s we have ever had. Also when I picked up the pizza, ALL DOMINO’S always have plates etc, this location says they’ve never had plates or napkins!

This place is terrible now. I don’t if it’s new management, but the past year they mess up the orders constantly. It’s dominos, how hard can it be. Asked for garden salad, they send Ceasars. Ask for Coke, the drop off orange soda. Find out they were out of coke, they just decided themselves to substitute a different flavor, one that no one will drink at our house. Response from employees is always rude or “oh well”. Stick with Olivieros.

My order was placed at 530 through the app. After an hour of my small pizza being in “quality check” I decided to drive to the store to just pick it up myself. When I got there and stated my issue the kid laughed. I stated that I already paid the delivery fee and tip through the app…and all they said was take a 2 liter soda. I’m not one to complain with retail type service because I can understand how frustrating it can be. But this was terrible customer service. No apology or anything. This Dominos location has gone so down hill it’s sad.
