Underfunded, understaffed, and underpaid workers under an exploitative system of management for the workers does not equal a good experience. They are often out of ingredients, and combined with workers not paid enough to care, understandably so considering the unfair wages, it’s almost always been a negative experience. This goes for all the fast food chains but especially in the poorer parts of town. Almost as if paying impoverished workers poverty wages isn’t maximizing customer satisfaction, but instead it’s maximizing profits for the wealthiest corporate owners.

Why is this place still open? Seem like they had one worker. The guy who took the order came bring the food out. I hope the gloves he opened the door with wasn’t the same ones he was making the food with. A SUV pulled up with females banging on the window of the restaurant the guy that was there opened the door to let them in. Not a good look but hey it might just be their normal

How can you mix up a basic bean burrito? Apparently it happens at this at this location. Employee at drive through lacked any sense of good customer service. Of course he was having to take the next person’s order while I was trying to get my order and pay.

After all these years I been going there from them leaving something out, food was messy or cold but tonight….. baby they must be under new management because everytime I get a darito taco from they’re always old and steal, tonight everything was fresh and fast. I don’t even think that we got the order that I ordered. There was a lot of food in there. But none of it was what I actually ordered. And I live about three or four miles away and by the time I would have driven back and got it straightened out it would have just taken too long. So we just ate it and didn’t say anything too hungry to argue.
