I’ve never left a review before…I go here to often though. Taco Bell is by far one of my top favorite fast food chains to eat from, and I normally dismiss any small mistakes as I understand the rush. Service was great. However, the last couple times I’ve gotten skimped out on cinnamon twists the last 5 times I’ve gone last month. I have to order 3-4 cinnamon twists just for me to get maybe 1 and a half bags worth of the normal cinnamon twist amount. We got a group order this time and the chips were similar to the cinnamon twists.

Everyone needs to be trained before working with the public especially young people. I had a horrible experience with this young lady and you can tell she wasn’t trained properly. Just horrible. Did not offer to help just looked at me and carried on with whatever she was pretending to be doing. I was the only one in the place. Another worker came from outside and saw me just standing and offer to help. She was a little older but she did offer. Food was horrible because the young lady fixed it and could tell it was attitude all the way. Not going back to Taco Bell on Atlanta highway ever again.

This location has been renovated recently. Last I went thru got my order exactly how I wanted and I did mobile order so pickup was quick and easy. That said they have probably the worst drive thru layout due to limited space and the parking lot is tiny. It’s also right at a busy intersection on Atlanta hwy in front of Faulkner that can buy be less than fun to navigate.

Went to thisTaco Bell and ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and the idiot staff didn’t put meat on it. Immediately tried to return and they advised they don’t remake food or provide refunds. They are thieves! Eat at another location

We always order here, and for some odd reason they never get the order correct. It’s always missing something until tonight. When we got the bag home, it was missing a 2 pack Cinnabon, nachos(but you remembered the cheese?), and a chalupa (the name of the combo). If I was this forgetful, I don’t think I’d be working…

Workers ignore you. then don’t speak just say kiosk ordering only. Taco bell is not IHOP. They only serve breakfast till 11am. But they been open before serving ground beef tacos. This breakfast mess is only a few years old. Taco bell wants to run off long term customers

Horrible. Always messes up my order, even though i order the easiest things ever. How can you mess up cheese quesadillas and cheese roll ups??? Their kitchen is messy and disgusting and my delivery orders always take atleast an hour. Do better.
