First walking in to the host stand we sat and waited for a while the girl kept looking at us but not addressing us or even telling us she would be right over. When she finally came over she told us they could only do Togo and gave us menus. The wait for the food wasn’t to bad but when I got to my room the cheese quesadilla that I ordered on the main menu came with chicken on it. I went back down to ask if I could have them remake it for me as I don’t eat meat. She told the kitchen immediately and we waited 20 minutes for two quesadillas with three ingredients. When I finally got my order there was barely anything in them and the tortillas were super hard. Needless to say I’m super disappointed and still hungry as I barely got any food. Also someone in our party ordered Buffalo wings and another ordered a burger. She said they were out of ketchup but she put the next best thing in there, thinking maybe it was ranch for the wings it was actually Italian dressing. Big fail tonight

The Pratt Clinic
Just landed in Atl and didn’t get to hotel til 9pm. Menu looked good and I was starving. Called the number on the website for to go order. Went to hotel desk. A reluctant worker took the call and ordered and was to pick it up 15- 20 minutes later. That was fine. Got there 9:30 (20 min later) and chic didn’t look up from the bar for 5 min. Pretty sure the cook hadn’t started my order. After THIRTY minutes I asked for an update and was told another 10 minutes! Went back to my hotel hungry and got a sad grilled ck salad that had been in the display for hours. Grrrr….

This little Gem is amazing, the staff was very nice and courteous, they made sure we were satisfied. The food….omg the food…HATS OFF TO THE CHEF!!! The food was fresh and cooked just the way we ordered. Hot fresh and cooked to perfection. The Burger Place was very clean and it is very nicely set up. Me and my Fiancé had a wonderful time and will be going back while we enjoy our stay at The Sonesta Oh and not to forget they play some really I mean really amazing music, I could barely eat because I was chair dancing too hard !

Unfortunately I was disappointed by the kitchen at The Burger Place. The kitchen manager is lacking when it comes to ordering the appropriate ingredients necessary to prepare and eat the items advertised on the very limited menu. Our waitress Briana was delightful. She had no control over what was not available for our meals. There were ingredients lacking in the advertised meal such as an onion ring, and there was a complete lack of adequate condiments for dressing our meal this is directly the result of a mediocre at best management, staff of the kitchen. I took my entire meal to go, because I had no condiments in order to consume it properly to my liking. I was offered no compensation for having to do so other than Briana’s heartfelt apologies. No need to experiment any further with the burger place I say look elsewhere maybe McDonald’s
