The newer staff here have really turned this place around for the better. Food is always fast and fresh, people seem happy to be there, and they’re very understanding. There was an issue with another customer being a little over dramatic towards me because of what is on my car, and they were very nice when I called in and said I would actually be in a little later to pick it up instead to avoid that person since they pulled in as well.

I took my grandson for an after school snack and he loved it. He had a corn dog, and cheese sticks with a grape slushy. We ate outside at the picnic table which was very clean. The service was fast. His food was very hot. I’m sure he will want to go back very soon.

Incredibly sad what this locations become. Every single time I’ve come here for the last 3 years it’s been a horrible experience. During Covid, it was excusable (except for getting cussed out by a worker because we DARED to show up an hour before close). Now, there’s no excuse. The workers, if you can call them that, are horrendous. They do not work. Tonight, I pull in to find “workers” chit chatting in the parking lot with a car. Not sure if it was a costumer complaining (likely, considering this locations performance) or just a friend but why does it take 2 workers? The girl in the kitchen answered saying it’d be just a minute. That was a lie. 10 minutes later I give up. PLEASE! IM BEGGING YOU TO SHUT THIS STORE DOWN! Allow some company, ANY company, who would like to serve the local people what they’re looking for take this valuable property. This place is an embarrassment. I’m genuinely surprised y’all have made enough money to keep all those neon lights on. I’d say hire more people but y’all can’t seem to hire a monkey to scratch its rear. Just call it quits. Everyone goes to the grassland sonic anyway.

Tonight I called Sonic on temple road asking if I could order a “cream slush” which is no longer on the menu, hasn’t been for quite some time but every sonic in middle Tennessee has always made it anyways. Well when I called the woman who apparently just started running this location states she runs her store “the way it’s suppose to be ran” so I said alright and just ordered a shake and some cinnasnacks instead. Once I retrieved my order I start eating and I bite into the cinnastacks mortified because they were not cooked thoroughly. They were raw and doughy. I don’t believe someone who “runs there store the correct way” should/ would ever allow such food to leave their establishment… just disgraceful and distasteful.

If could give this location zero stars I would. In three months, I have stopped in maybe 15 times. I sit for over 15 minutes. Never have my order taken. On three separate occasions I’ve literally been told, sorry, we’re not taking orders right now. Why are they even still opening this location?

I have to say this was the worst sonic experience I have ever had. The dude taking my order was rude had to repeat myself several times he was talking to somebody else while doing so. Surprise surprise my order was wrong it was cold it took 20 minutes to get to me and then Another 5 or 10 to get my card back because the screen was not working. Seems like a management issue to me. They need to get it together and in a big way. Very disappointing experience.

Went thru drive-thru, after waiting 5 minutes was told “drive to the window”-without taking my order. 2 other cars in line that had not yet placed their orders. We left. This place is still a disaster – see prior reviews. Incredible.
