I’ve ordered here maybe 4 times since moving to Chickasaw back in April… This is literally the only pizza place I will order from now..I swear they have the best, freshest pizza compared to competitors. AWFUL SERVICE!!! I am normally very patient with service especially when extremely busy. But this is twice I have waited over two hours for my food. I ordered delivery and the food NEVER showed up. I tried calling the store and sat on hold for over 45 minutes before someone finally picked up the phone. The order was cancelled and I was never notified. I am done buying pizza from Marcos.

Pizza is always good! I’ve been several times and only once was my order wrong. Staff corrected it with no problem. Staff is mostly youngsters, but they are friendly and kind.

Marco’s in Saraland, AL used to be my pizza place of choice up until recently. We waited WELL over 1:45 minutes for our 2 pizzas that was supposed to be delivered around 1:00 hour after the order was placed. Not only did we get it late but it was cold.
