i came in my online order was ready to go and the store was clean and looked organized. I’m disabled and asked for help to carry my pizzas to my car and the young man happily agreed. on the way out the door i noticed googly eyes on the hand sanitizer, i feel that this shows they are friendly, have a sense of humor and enjoy their work environment. at dinner every one loved the pizza.

The kids wanted another pizza brand and I talked them into this. The staff didn’t honor our coupon, belittled me and then to top it off they got the order wrong. I don’t complain because I’m afraid of getting spit in my food but I’m allergic to onions and I got them anyways. Bad customer service, wrong price and wrong order.

Long time customer. It’s always clean and the employees are always friendly. I almost never get a mistake in my order, maybe 1/30 times (allergy). But when I do they are quick to make it right, offering to remake my pizza. Allergies are a pain to deal with (especially when ordering food) and Papa Murphy’s has always treated me with respect and kindness. Even if I am the pain in the backside customer that is allergic to their pizza sauce.

Very friendly young lady named Sky welcomed us to the store. Our order was taken promptly and prepared quickly and correctly. The cheesy bread bites were the best I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend Scappoose Papa Murphys!!

Love Papa Murphy’s pizza in general, but this location has the worst customer service ever. I don’t think we have gone one time with no issue. Between getting an order wrong when I was the only customer and ordering in store, to being over charged and them not knowing how to reverse the charge. This last time was the worst. I called in an order and they said it would be aprox 15 mins for it to be ready. When we got there the girl said she took our order but didn’t write it down and proceeded to try to remember it. I was going to call my husband to confirm our order and they took the next person in line and then told me I would have to wait at least 30 mins because there was other people in front of me now. There are at least 3 other major pizza place with in just a few minutes of this place. I recommend saving your self the headache and go somewhere else with better service.
