I usually get chicken teriyaki which is really good for a mall food. After the last take out, I had worst experience of my life. Ordered chicken teriyaki with extra chicken. But they gave chicken + shrimp combo and I am allergic to shrimp and shellfish. I had two bites without realizing it and immediately got swellings all over the place. Had to go to Emergency room. In fact all four boxes had the chicken + shrimp combo (all four should had been just Chicken). Someone’s carelessness in packing a simple take out, can be a life threatening experience for others. Hopefully they don’t repeat this in feature.

Fast, and courteous service. Huge portions of freshly cooked food. Reasonable prices. Bento box is a good deal and comes with cali rolls and fried dumplings, in addition to the rice, veggies and protein. Perfect for a hungry person, or perfect to split between two people. IMO, Sarku offers healthier options than the rest of the food court. Definitely recommended.

Bill screamed at my daughter when she tried to request no vegetables this evening. Literally screamed at her. This is unacceptable. She’s 15 and very polite. He dropped her food with the box still open right on the counter and rolled his eyes at her.! We still don’t know what she did to upset him.. This is absurd to be treated like this to a paying customer. Food is flavorless, no wonder Panda Express is always busy and this place is not! Avoid this establishment unless you enjoy being treated poorly for subpar food.
