No one is ever available to take a order when y himou call. No matter the time of day. No matter how many times you wait and call again. You always forwarded to ‘there voicemail’ and expected to leave a message i guess. Don’t know what good that’s gonna do. And when you order online, and go to pick it up they haven’t even received or started your order yet

Apparently no one answers the phone so you can’t place a carryout order . Everyone that calls get forwarded to voicemail and if you go through the drive thru there’s never any pizza ready.. EVER!!! It’s always a ten to fifteen minute wait EVERY TIME.

Everytime I call, the phone goes to VM. Nobody seems to want to answer the phone. I went up to the store, called and they have the phone off the hook so they don’t have to take orders. Worker stated “it’s annoying when the phone rings” maybe get better employees to do their job. It’s really annoying when we as customers attend being treated rudely.

last 2 times had bad experiences. this time they couldn’t find the order so they had to remake, they said to wait in the parking lot and they would bring it out. waited another 25 min. walked back up door was locked, manager came out with someone else’s pizza and had an attitude about all the people outside. 1 hour and attitude for a sub par pizza.
