These stores are so poorly managed. I ordered two pizzas for take out. I came in and found the first pizza with my name on it but the second was missing. I told the employee and he said oh take this one it is the same. I said are you sure my name is not Ryan and are you sure it is the same pizza. He said oh yes I remember making it. He said he would just deal with Ryan when he comes in. Sure enough you get home and nope it is not the same the same pizza. I swear every time you come to this place the screw up some how.

The Papa Murphy stores in Rochester have really improved in the last year. I usually order ahead on the app and it’s ready to pick up at the time that I had selected. Ordered 2 pizzas last night with some customizations and they were both correct and on time. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stop again!

This store is the worst! After two bad experiences we stopped going for a year. Decided to try again and what do you know they failed yet again. I couldn’t find the online order my wife made so I asked them and he looked behind the counter and handed me two pizzas and said here is your order. I took that at face value and when I got home my wife said where is the rest of it? Sure enough that was not our order. When we called to ask for a refund the manager was rude. In my business if we make a mistake we credit our customers. This place is not worth your time.

Absolutely horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location. Ordered online and arrived 45 minutes later. When I arrived, one of the pizzas was not made yet. Furthermore, in the middle of helping me with my other pizza, the guy was called to the back, by I’m guessing his manager, and she started yelling at him about his hours. This happened while he was helping me. This is a great way to make customers happy! After he was done speaking with her, he started making my other pizza and then left again to answer the phone, help another customer, and talk to his manager again, all while I’m waiting for my pizza. After waiting for 15 minutes, I finally received my 2nd pizza and left. Once I got home, I cooked both pizzas, and the pizza that I patiently waited for, was not prepared correctly and the crust burned horribly. Not only did the crust burn, but the cooking tray also burned. This didn’t happen with my other pizza. So the pizza that I waited to get for 15 minutes was ruined. Never again will I patronize this location as they, especially the manager, showed that they really don’t care for their customers. I love Papa Murphy’s, just not this location.

My husband will never go here again. I submitted an order tonight (5/24) at 5:09 for a curbside pick up. The confirmation stated our order would be ready at 5:42. My husband was going to swing by on his way home from work and arrived early. He sat in front of the store for over 20 minutes because he was waiting for 5:42. During that time 5 customers came and went with their orders. At 5:46 he went in and asked if he needed to come inside to get his curbside pickup. They told him the hot portion of the order was ready, but our take and bake pizzas still needed to be made. They sent him back to the car with 1/2 of our order. Why do you think people order ahead? So you can make the pizzas when we come inside to remind you to finish the order?

My pizza was done in a timely matter, the staff were ok not great, the pizza was horrible, chicken, artichoke, spinach, bacon. I ordered without bacon, the pizza had a few pieces of chicken, a couple pieces of spinach, no artichoke, hardly any cheese. What I had was a large cracker with garlic sauce, definitely not worth the $20 I paid, will be a long time before I set foot in a Papa Murphy’s
