Always enjoy a fresh pizza from Jets. The only issue this trip was with the wait. I arrived well before our order was due to be ready and paid at the counter. There was one person who seemed to be running the shift that night and that’s who I paid through. I sat for 15-20 minutes and realized what time it was. They had been calling out several names but not mine. I stood up and a young man asked if I had been helped. I said the order that I was waiting for and he checked the warmer behind him. There it was. How long had it been waiting in there? Nobody ever called out my order.

I’ve been in the area for some time now and have heard great things about jets pizza. I finally got around to getting it today and wow. I couldn’t get enough, every bite was delicious. The staff was so friendly too! Their ranch is to notch so definitely try it.

We ordered a pizza last night and called to complain about the pizza having too much oil on it and the sausage on the pizza tastes and smelled bad! Instead of being addressed like a customer the general manager talked to me like I was on some kinda cotton field take in mind she tried to school me like I’m her employee instead of taking the matter in hand that someone has a complaint because they got sick off of the pizza she made! Fantastic! Turbo crust is phenomenal! Only bad part: dogs won’t get left over crust because you actually eat it. Delicious and plentiful toppings. Reminds me of famous Champaign-Urbana pizzas of yore, since disappeared. Reasonably priced, easy to text order in, and courteous staff. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic pizza that you will always come back for. Detroit style might just become your new favorite style, if it isn’t already. Staff are always nice and working hard. Never had an issue with an order and this is always a favorite with out of town guests

This location on Niel street is completely incompetent. Both mine and my Gf orders where wrong. Took 40 minutes to get 2 slices of pizza and 2 salads. They had full staff at the time and was during non rush time as well. We have had multiple issues from this store since the remodel. We will now be trying the Springfield street location hopefully they know what they are doing.

Ordered a deep dish pizza half no cheese with 3 toppings/half with cheese 2 toppings for delivery. First they delivered a thin crust 2 toppings with cheese over the entire pizza. They redelivered a pizza with the wrong toppings again. Called & talked to manager Artamus who was extremely rude and told me he would add a free pizza to my account but I have to pay for delivery charges again. I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for delivery fees again because what you delivered me isn’t what I ordered. He was very rude and told me I could pick up my remake but I would be banned from ordering from them again. Worst experience ever ordering from anyone. Their service doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Delivery is on point. Pizza is cooked to how you want it if you ask. Even when they’re busy they still can manage to deliver it at a reasonable time. (even earlier than l expected)

Made an order and was told the estimated time would be 5:44 pm. Well after 30 minute’s pass the time I called and asked what was going on, they couldn’t even say sorry after telling me it would be at least another hour before I got it. I cancelled and will no longer support this business and poor management.
