Service was slow and has a very young staff. They were preoccupied with talking and looking at the phone to deal with customers. The food was great, but again, the staff was not knowledgeable about even their firehouse sauce. If the food wasn’t so good, I would think twice about going back! Maybe I went on a off day!

Their subs are so yummy! I traveled 25 min to get there, but it’s worth it. I usually order for delivery to Flint, eating there was cool. Their soda pop machine has the multiple flavor choices for all drinks, Grape Hi-C is my fave.

First time trying and I’d definitely go back again! The sub I ordered was delicious and I would like to try other kinds. My boyfriend’s sub on the other hand was not as great. He ordered the Firehouse Hero (ham, turkey and roast beef); one half literally had a piece of roast beef the size of a nickel and that was it for the beef. He was not impressed.

Waited 25 min for 1 small sandwich. Tuesday 4/11/23 6:50pm- 7:15pm. Asian lady pumping out bags of sandwiches & young males making their friends huge sandwiches & served his friends first who ordered at counter after me. They finished & left before I received my 1 small sandwich. It felt disrespectful & a waste of my time. Not worth the hassle in the future.

Gentleman at the counter did not smile or greet us when we came in. I ordered the medium veggie with no mustard and Italian dressing. It came with mustard, not much cheese and a lot of strong tasting onions. Bread was pretty good. Overall, just Meh.
