I love quickway but this location ain’t it! Food was subpar, nowhere as tasty as the normal one I go to. I will never go to this location again. Their “teriyaki sauce ” was not quickway standard. They either watered it down or made up some isht. It’s not even the right color. Veges and food overall was bland. Chicken wasn’t cooked dark like the good quickway in bowie does it. Also the location is filthy. Dirty entrance mat, fingerprints all over the glass, and dirty a$$ bathroom. Will not come back to this location.

I’m so disappointed, I love quickway and always go to it. I’m just passing through and saw they had one to that’s where I went and after getting my food, I was grossed out. The noodles smelled so strongly and tasted spoiled and so did the gyoza. I went back to tell them but he was adamant that everything was fresh when it clearly smelled and tasted spoiled. The special sauce was so liquidity that it threw me off the whole meal. Such a disappointment.

Been here twice. Came back because I couldn’t remember how I felt about the food. Ordered shrimp and steak bento box this time. Things are good except the steak is burned / overcooked and crispy whatever you want to call it. Photos included. Flipped steak over because sauce covers burned parts pretty well. It is greasy as another reviewer said, but I feel like it’s because things literally go from grill to plate and they’re heavy handed on oiling the grill. That said, you can say something else about cleaning practices if you have that in mind…. shellfish allergies makes this a place not to eat because they did not clean that grill between the orders they made. But if you can get over all of that, food is good to be fast food hibachi.

They are very rude I placed a DoorDash order driver came back with part order. Driver was so sweet to go back for me they are fussing with the driver saying someone grabbed the other half of my order then showed him but it was saying someone else was picking up the order. We both like no way. Then they are yelling. The new person tht finally came to get the other part of my order was nice enough to give it to the original driver. The cooks are yelling asking is this it is this the whole order not even speaking clearly but have the Audacity to be yelling and being rude. Never again will I go there. Oh the beef was cook so extra chard on top didn’t seem like they normal beef. Will not be returning there. Omg did I mention they told me I was calling the wrong place I need to call the one in Clinton ha. I was like Woodward rd is Clinton.

I normally don’t post reviews, but this food was unflavored and a waste. I ordered the salmon hibachi noodles & sushi, I waited until I got home to open it and it was too late. The sushi had way too much rice. The salmon was as a small portion and the noodles were unflavored. I also had the vegetables that were were oily and tasteless as well. Please don’t waste your money at this establishment until they make the necessary improvements.

I typically don’t post reviews, but this place was terrible. If I could’ve rated it a zero I would. First off, I placed my order and 30 seconds later it was ready. The cook added some rice, I assume from a container, veggies that were already cooked, and warmed some beef and teriyaki sauce that was sitting on the grill. I waited for the sushi for about two minutes. I was able to open my food once I got back to work. The California Rolls weren’t terrible, but it was way too much rice and the avocado wasn’t fresh. The hibachi beef was horrible!! The beef was hard and dry. The veggies were soggy, oily and old. The rice was the only thing that seemed okay. However, overall the food was FLAVORLESS, OILY, and OLD. I’m never going back! Oh yeah, the yum yum sauce was a joke. It looked as if water was added to stretch it.

Chose the dragon rolls today. Ordered two. One was meh, the other okay. One tasted like old shrimp tempura. Odd that the other did not. I ate them anyways. I wasn’t wasting 18$.

Went today 12/6/21 Appx. 6:27 pm. Customer Service was horrible. I purchased Fried Rice & Shrimp. Paid for Extra Shrimp. The guy with the glasses manning the grill was more into his phone than he was preparing my food. When I attempted to inform him that I had paid for extra shrimp, he ignored me. The lady who was on the sauce also ignored what I was saying and asked me if I wanted sauce. I said no I want the extra shrimp I paid for. The guy that took my order had to come over and tell the guy on the grill that I get extra. The guy manning the grill came off as very disinterested, in providing me with the customer service I requested. His phone was more important. His facial expressions, coupled with his lackadaisical response when I communicated my displeasure with his service was disrespectful. I will no longer patronize this establishment unless or until the Customer Service is corrected. I work too hard for my money to be treated the way I was.
