Either Corporate Round Table is going the cheap route with their suppliers, or this location’s owner is doing his own thing, because my pizza was horrible! The bread was unacceptable and each bite was a chore. When you buy a business that is a franchise, it is your responsibility to deliver on the brand’s promise to its customers. Round Table Fontana’s quality is better than this location, and I grew up eating at the Upland location. Both locations keep me coming back but after eating at this one location off of Archibald for the 1st time, I will have to rethink before going back to Fontana or Upland. I held Round Table pizzas as a high quality pizza, and it is sad to read other’s reviews about the decline of Round Table Pizza. Corporate Round Table should look into this location and see if they are breaking any agreement clause about the ingredients because my pizza was so bad, I took the time to leave a 1 star review.

I will bit be returning! From the moment we walked in, we were rushed to order and get out. The website said they closed at 10, but we were told they closed at 9. We weren’t helped because the guy was cleaning up the salad bar. We stood around and waited to order. While ordering, the guy told us that they would be closing up around 8:40. While waiting, we could hear the guy talk about closing and how he didn’t want to take any more orders. It was uncomfortable! We told him we would get our pizzas to go. He turned off the open sign at 8:20. We got our pizzas and walked out at 8:35. The guy locked the door behind us. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

90 minute wait time for a medium pizza, 5 twists, and a garden salad. On a Wednesday. When I got my garden salad it was half potato salad and sliced mushrooms (EFFING GROSS), and half garden salad that was actually advertised. The 22yo deadbeat stoner sounding “manager” couldnt refund my card, only offer store credit. Why would I ever order from here again? Lost $10 to learn a lesson that this store is complete junk. I could complain to Round Table but they just blame it on their franchisees.

Ordered over the phone and pizza hadn’t even been started when I went to pick it up. While I was waiting for my pizza the staff were yelling at each other, and every table in the place was filthy. This place needs new management, or folks will stop coming.

Having my birthday during the quarantine we decided to order pizza for the family. The staff was extremely friendly and really went the extra mile to show appreciation for our patronage. When we got our pizza home we discovered that they had made a mistake on one of the pizzas. I called and explained the issue, they made a new one and delivered it to us. They also sent a peace offering of cinnamon sticks with a birthday message on the box! (Nice touch). I would give five stars but we couldn’t enjoy our dinner all together and the boneless hot wings were really small, like chicken nuggets and had a strange texture. The quality of the pizzas and the customer service are five star though.
