Food was fresh and hot. Seems like they never have coleslaw anymore though. Service was terribly slow, but it did seem like they were understaffed and overworked, I understand. The overall cleanliness wasn’t the best either, but again, I’m sure it’s due to being understaffed. Definitely needs a remodel inside and out though. The Store Manager was friendly!

Can I give a zero? We waited behind two people at 830 at night. Took us 10 minutes to get to the menu board, where we were asked to hold. After 5 minutes we left because we were gonna be late for work. Last time I tried going to this location, they didn’t have any of the menu items we wanted. This will be the last time we try going to Popeyes. Bojangles has better chicken anyways!

Never made it to speak to anyone or eat the food. As I approached the drive-thru a man came out of the darkness asking for money or food. Did not stop and I left the restaurant. This is the second time the same man has approached me at popeyes asking me for food or money. Neither time was the problem with that I wouldn’t help with food or money. It was that he waits in the darkness and literally looks like he could change personalities at any moment and injure everyone. Scary . Never again
