Drive thru service was awful! Took 15 minutes to place a simple order at the speaker and another half an hour to re-place the order at the window. Worker that claims to be the manager gets the order wrong after repeating it countless times. Very bad attitude, unprofessional, argumentative, disrespectful, and dismissive. My 11 year old nephew said “This is the worst service ever!”. We we’re given half of the food ten minutes before the next and our food was not even slightly warm. Refuses to give the store manager information because she “doesn’t know it” and tells us to “look it up”. Clearly she should not be working this job if she, as the manager, cannot tell us the store managers information. I hate to have to right this poor review, but it should be expected when my family and I’s “fast food” order takes an hour. We found out that not one of the three workers had the store managers info after going in. More people were complaining inside the restaurant. It was apparent that no one’s first language was english which is fine as long as you can comprehend and be efficient at your job. I am very disappointed. You would be better off going to the Mcdonald’s across the street.

Great food, however this day the receipt system was down and had to remind them I had an order I was waiting on, so it took a long time to finally get the order. The person was very busy as well.

Experiences vary depending on the staff. Last visit was good. Got my food hot and fast. Keep it up. Consistency is key.

The employees made me wait 20 mins before ordering because they wanted a smoke break. Told me to wait outside the restaurant. Horrible service. Looks extremely dirty. And employees don’t seem to care.

No one wants to work even though they are open. On a Tuesday at 10:45pm. I guess they want customers to go to the McDonald’s next door.

Tried to order promotion on TV, decided to order double Whopper with cheese, large fries and large Sprite pop, too big, overall good filling meal.

I never Write reviews but this is literally the absolute worst “fast” food places in the history of fast food restaurants. I went This morning at 7:13. There was NOBODY else in the drive thru line. I waited At the speaker for 9 minutes. No “one moment please” no “please hold” nothiiiing. I said Hello. I said Excuse me. I vlew Nothing. Eventually I pulled Up. Nobody there. So I waited because heck…. Maybe the ONE person on duty took a restroom break. 3 minutes later. NOTHING. I blew the horn nothing. Now I’m like is the person working in danger?? Unconscious?? Cause that’s the only logical explanation. I pull Up to get a better look in the restaurant. This lady is standing back there talking and laughing. I can’t deal. Never again.

Not sure how this place is still open. For the drive-thru, set aside a minimum of about 10-20 minutes to place and get your order, but that’s only if there’s absolutely no one else in the line. If there are cars in front of you, you’ll have at least a full 30 minute wait time to watch an episode of your favorite sitcom. Then after all of that time has passed, you’ll finally get your order…but it’ll be wrong. Things will be missing and any special instructions will have been ignored. You will want to go back, but then you’ll ask yourself “Do I have another 30 minutes to spare?” Ultimately, you will just move on and try to tell yourself it’s not a “Burger King” thing…it’s just this specific location and you shouldn’t hold it against all BKs.

Each time I visit this location I go through the “drive thru”. Everytime my order is taken the young girl has an attitude now I’m sure it’s not the same young girl each time which means there all rude. I’m never given anything hot my food is usually cold and fries taste like yesterday’s snack . I’m always waiting in the parking lot for one of them to bring my food out and I don’t order heavy ♀️. Half the time I have to walk back in for them to fix my order. They lie about who the manager is and continue to say we don’t have a corporate number….welp today we’ll see if corporate sees this….. no one at the window and having to give me food back after it not being right AGAIN! Then I’m pulling off they tell the customer’s behind me don’t pull forward to the window yet just stay there OMG
