Omg! I discovered this place by making a pit stop at the BP Gas station on Wabash & Roosevelt not knowing that the store was partnering with another company called “The Pride” that created a fast food joint within itself and let me tell you, the urbano burrito that I had was absolutely marvelous! The best burrito I’ve had in a long time. It reminded me of an old burrito joint back in the day that closed down. 10/10 for sure. I recommend getting it with pinto beans!! Everything on it. It taste way better that way.

When looking this place up on Google maps, the images make it look like a local place to get a quick bite, so we headed there on the way to the museum campus. We had difficulty locating it, however, because it turns out it is inside a BP gas station with almost no signage to be seen. NOT the Chicago experience we were looking for. I must admit the breakfast burrito was very good and large, and everyone else enjoyed their meals, including the Avocado toast. Their coffee machine was broken however. In the end, while the food was good, it was not the experience we wanted, nor did the food lend itself to eating on the go.

Stopped here for a classic Chicago hot dog while on business and this was probably the worst possible place I could have gone. Food is OK and service is as bad as you would expect from an awful fast food spot. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I did.

This place is a joke. There was no one in line and it took them 25 minutes to make three hot dogs. They called us up three times to confirm the toppings on hotdogs. After 30 minutes they were still looking up how to make milkshakes. So we left. They handled cash with the same gloves used on food. Yuck

Food is good, but service is very slow. No real efficiency in how the place is run. It took 30+ mins for our entire group just to order (8 people) and then longer still for the food to be cooked. Would not come back.

Stopped here to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. There were 2 people working. As I walked up, there was no one at the counter to place an order with. The young lady went to the rest room and there was a guy cutting ham. I stood there for about 5 minutes and the guy didn’t even acknowledge me. So I asked if he could come over so I can put an order in. He gave me a look like I was bothering him and said the young lady that went to the bathroom need to do her job. I asked him, well can you take my order? He came over to the register and in a bothered way said “what you want?” I started to walk out right there but I wanted the sandwich. So I placed the order and instead of preparing the sandwich, he went back to cutting han, still not saying anything like “one moment, the young lady will be back to prep your sandwich”. 2 other people walked up wanting to place an order and the guy still proceeds to cut ham, not acknowledging the customers at all. The young lady came back and asked him, after seeing us standing there, was he waiting on her to come back? And he said “yeah!”. She shook her head while proceeding to take the other orders and prepping the orders, while he continued to cut meat. I appreciate the young lady, who apologized for the wait, but the guy doesn’t need to be working in customer service. He ignored the customers and when he didnt acknowledge them, he seemed bothered. In addition to all of this, I ordered a ham and egg sandwich on a croissant and I got a Turkey and egg sandwich instead. Customers should be the most important thing rather than cutting meat. Not the best experience this morning.

i Work on a job site across the street so I decided to stop here for a change. Not only after I placed my order, being the ONLY one there I sat and watched the 2 cooks sit and talk for 5 minutes before lifting a finger. Foods nothing special, more disappointed than anything.

They know my order when I walk up to the counter. I’ve only been dissatisfied with my food one time, and it was immediately fixed. Really good food, great service!
