Hands down the best dinner of my entire life. Best lobster I’ve ever had and the cocktails are so good too! 10/10 would recommend to any seafood lover

I recently dined at this remarkable restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The food was nothing short of amazing, easily ranking among the best culinary delights I’ve ever had the pleasure of savoring. I highly recommend indulging in their exquisite Lobster Mac and Cheese.

PSA for anyone like us who are not locals, apparently you are expected to have a reservation to eat here. When we entered, the hostess didn’t even greet us before she asked us if we had a reservation, and then when we said no, she immediately walked away leaving us confused as to whether we should wait or not. We were standing there for a while as multiple parties walked in and asked if we had been helped, and we responded that we genuinely didn’t know (they all had reservations so they were helped immediately). We were standing there debating leaving when someone said “follow me,” again with no greeting or apologies for the wait or anything. Once the waitress came around she was polite enough, and the bussers were quick with refilling waters and taking plates. We ordered the baja style fish tacos and lobster mac n cheese. The food tasted decent but was overpriced, seeing as how the mac barely had any lobster in it (literally 2 small bites of lobster in the whole dish) and the tacos don’t come with a side without an upcharge, so portions were disappointing for the price. They did put the Chipotle mayo on the side as requested, which was appreciated as it tasted like it was just an entire taco seasoning packet dumped into a little cup of mayo. The “house made” lemonade may have actually been made in house, but definitely just with powder. We were still hungry despite cleaning our plates, so we got the key lime custard (pictured), which was the best part of the meal. We literally went to Kwik Trip right after for snacks.

Delicious food and fast and friendly service. The chef and owner made rounds around the restaurant to ensure everyone was enjoying their meals. I would definitely an on visiting again. I tried the candied bacon, the duck wontons,(which were amazing) the walleye with parmesan grits, and the shrimp and lobster mac.

What a great first visit. Loved the ambiance and greatly appreciated the ability to make a reservation. Got a chance to sample a lot. The Mongolian rib appetizer and slaw stole the show, as did the steak and coconut shrimp. Attentive service and live music was a nice touch. We’ll be back!

We had my mom’s 80th birthday here. We had some visitors and a couple extra people in. Ashley was so wonderful and just took care of everything. Our server was excellent. She did a fine job kept on going. This place is by far exceeded my expectations. It was a great great experience. The cake Ashley took care of the cake which was fabulous and also the flowers bouquets were from Chuck’s flowers and he was wonderful . Mom 80th was huge hit this place is great beyond words . Ashley and husband and staff are great.

This restaurant is the definition of mid. The Mac and cheese and chicken Alfredo are the exact same (only the Alfredo has breadcrumbs on top). The fries and and grits had no salt and flavor (not bad or good). The food took a little longer than it should have to come. The waitress and service was good. Thank you for listening to my review.

My favorite place in Minnesota! I love that my husband I found this Gem in Cokato, MN after golf ⛳️. Only open Thursday-Saturday and they have nailed the atmosphere and food. It’s Birthday good. A little pricey but worth it.

This is a fine seafood restaurant in Cokato. It’s a massive improvement upon the old Norseman restaurant that used to occupy the space. I’ve been here many times with my family on visits and it never fails to impress. My last visit was a quick stop but I enjoyed the clam chowder and the special. I think the waitress might not have been over 21 as she had to get a colleague to bring me the beer I ordered. All went well nevertheless. They have lots of space at the bar and outside seating as well. They often serve lobster mac and cheese, which is a dish made famous by Joe Beef in Montreal. It’s good to see that this decadent dish is popular in Minnesota as well.
