The last 2 times at least have not been great experiences from here. I got 2 pieces of beef and seemingly whatever they had left of the dish I paid extra for. Sometimes the food is great. Sometimes it seems they needed to complete the order and you get whatever you get. I know things happen, but I wish there would be more consistency with the food.

Just wanted to share an experience I had as A Door Dasher. I came there to pick up an order and was offered a drink while I was waiting. There was a customer who was filling up multiple cups so I wasn’t able to get my drink. Obviously, the employee and I am not sure I remember his name (Zack?) the manager saw this and offers to get my drink from behind the counter. Not only this, but they offered to take my orders out to my car for me! If that’s not great customer service, then I don’t know what is!!! I really appreciate all you guys did to make my day!!! You rock!!!

Check your food if you go through the drive through because you might have missing items when you get home. Also, went to go talk to a manager in-person and she is useless in helping you get your missing items back. This place is run my incompetent workers and manager. If the worker messes up you pay for it literally!

Good gracious! Previous times that I’ve eaten here, I’ve been moderately happy because the food is actually good. My usual order is Beijing beef, super greens and rice. Nothing to shout about but it hits the spot and for some reason, the fortune cookies are super yummy.

I will stop going . The food does taste the same. Rice no color, hard teriyaki chicken dry, hard does taste like it use to and most importantly food cold. Needs a overhaul. People are cooking rice wrong.

Usually one of my family’s go to places. However, we arrived at 8pm and the doors were locked and the workers just ignored us even though the lobby dine in hours says open till 9:30. Drive thru was a super long line and once we got to order they were out of almost everything and were not going to make any more food so we ended up leaving empty handed.
