This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to in my life. After placing an order online we went to the store. As we walked in, we were not greeted or acknowledged in anyway. We stood at the front counter waiting to tell them we had a pick up for over 10 minutes. The older lady who was working the cash register had the worst attitude. She decided to take 3 phone orders and proceed to put all of them on hold before saying anything to us. We have been here once before and had a similar experience. Go to the Dominos down the road instead because this place is horrible.

My family and I ordered two pizza and wings with breadsticks. Tonight the delivery driver never rang our doorbell, the website and text both say our for delivery still. After an hour of waiting when we finally happened to check to see if our food was delivered we found ants crawling on our food, broken apart pizza and dented boxes.

Super unreliable. Very very poor staff. Ordered a pizza never showed up, no one answered at the store. Called around to surrounding stores we could not call the store. Finally reached someone the next day, and nonchalantly wrote me off. Requested a refund that was about the only thing that went smoothly. Beware call before you book.

This is literally the 3rd time this has happened to me there! The dough is not cooked too much dough was used for this small pizza! It’s very thick! Yes I got a refund but for Christ sakes like why don’t the train the people better here! I know for sure they wouldn’t eat it so why give it to someone else!

Was delivered the wrong pizza, nobody answered the phone when we called 6x, physically had to come to pizza hut to tell them we got the wrong pizza, now have to wait in lot while they make another to give us. Management is leaving night crew severely understaffed, phone response was terrible, customer service, once we finally got someone after having to bang on drive through window to get service when honking and waiting patiently didn’t work, was good the staff here is ok but management is leaving then hung for dry
