I gotta assume rhat the place was so so veryTasty, Atmospheric, and Serviced soooo amazingly efficient & delish that they, the employees & customers, ALL closed up several hours early from all their 5-star ratings. This place is rarely open, lit up, or doing any type of business whatsoever. Never have I actually gotten to order, speak to an actual employee OR taste any type of bagged supposed Spanish cuisine from this particular culinary “NEVER-NEVER-Land” ghost town TAKe-O Ball

This location has messed my order up 6 separate times now. Each time I go through the drive through and pull up so the cars behind me can get there food to check my order. I relies my order is wrong and go in to get it corrected. The MOD will then accuse you of lying to your face and yell out to the back where people make the food. Someone yells back I know I made it. So if you want your order wrong and to be accused of being a liar then this is the location for you! Today the same thing happened but this time I desired not to pull off before checking my order. I realized it was wrong and waved the person down at the window. I handed her the bag back and said my order is incorrect and told her my order out loud. She went through the bag and got one more thing and handed me the bag back. I knew immediately she was missing more then that so I request the most obvious missed item and pulled off since I was running late. After I got to my location I realized I was still missing 3 items. Wish I could do less then one star here since it’s a habitual issue!

Went again against my better judgment bc we needed food fast. We sent back our order 2x before finally just leaving with the wrong order for the 3rd time. Seriously this place needs to get it together. 3 try to get our order right and still couldn’t do it. How is that even possible. 0 stars.

After years of avoiding Taco Bell, this is easily the only location I’ll order from. Despite other reviews, no issues with customer service. Hit or miss if the order is 100% correct but it’s fast food not a $20 steak.

This place was great until maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. Every order since then has been sloppy, and missing the basics. When we order and pay for Supreme items, they leave out the sour cream and tomatoes. They type in the order and have us verify that the order is right on the screen, but then they don’t give you what you order. Tried to call about it today (after ignoring the issue the first 2 times) but they don’t answer the phone at this location. Inflation being what it is today it’s worth a mention on here, so people know what to expect.

I would not even give this place a 1 if I had a choice. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! There were six of us. Literally the tacos had nothing in them. No meat to speak of at all. When we asked the employees if we could have more meat they wanted to charge us. We did end up paying for the meat that wasn’t in the taco to begin with. There was eye rolling, loud music, singing and dancing in the kitchen. When we left the employees came to the front door yelling fu and flipping us the finger. Whoever was working on Thursday night, September 15th needs to be reprimanded or fired for their customer service skills. I hope this isn’t routine behavior because this Taco Bell will not stay in business. These kids need some serious training in customer service and if there was a manager they need management training. I was appalled. I had never experienced anything like this in my life! We will not be back!
