Ordered 2 pizzas and one was missing 2 toppings the other had an additional topping, hair. After we saw that I couldn’t eat the other pizza. I didn’t want to call the local store so I submitted a customer service claim on Domino’s site and still haven’t heard back. $30 down the drain. We had to order dinner all over again from somewhere else.

This place is a joke. We ordered five pizzas last night and waited half an hour in our hotel lobby, only to find out that this location canceled our order without telling us because of “a system glitch”. No remorse, no offer to make it right, and I’m still awaiting a refund. When I called the store to find out what happened, the manager said “it’s not my fault our system glitched and i only have 2 delivery drivers” … and then hung up on me! I will never be ordering from this location again and hope no one else does. They absolutely don’t know how to run a business, so for the sake of the public, they deserve to go out of business. Good riddance, losers.

Placed an online order around 10am, scheduled a delivery for 11:45am 11:50am comes around and no pizza so called the store and they told me they did not have a delivery driver and didn’t know when one will be available. Ask for manager, put me on hold and did not return to phone…called back to cancel order and the said it took 5 to 10 business days for a refund ! This store is horrible !! Would not recommend ordering from here !

Employees are polite but need to be trained to cook the pizza properly. The thin crust pizza we picked up is completely inedible. Not even cooked and had to be thrown away. I enjoy dominos pizza, this is just by far the worst location in the city. Frankly embarrassing
