Olivia was great. The food was amazing. I moved to Arkansas, but I’m from Southeast Coast, of North Carolina. I missed stuffed crab, but here they call it deviled crab. The food took me back home. The seafood platter was amazing. The restaurant was almost empty. The only thing that was annoying was the white people dining there. You can feel their hate! Being a Lumbee Native woman and having a Black husband, we’re always subjected to it. Stop trying to make people uncomfortable because you’re uncomfortable.

The food here is always delicious, and they are now offering BBQ on Wednesday nights! Jax natives will remember this restaurant used to be home to Sticky Fingers. St. Mary’s has brought those smokers back to life and is now serving a variety of BBQ dinner specials on Wednesdays (with a cornhole party outside as well!) Some of the best ribs, pulled pork, sausage, and chicken you will ever try. Surf & turf at its finest!

St. Mary’s Baymeadows and MORE! Boy are they more! We had the privilege of having them cater our small event with the most exceptional BBQ I have had in a long, long time. The ribs were phenomenal, the mac and cheese was fire and the turkey legs, chicken, sausage, pulled pork were so juicy! If you want delicious BBQ, with the best service and attention to quality, I highly recommend St. Mary’s Seafood Baymeadows!

Absolutely delicious dinner! The service was excellent, I forget her name but the girl server with the black hair working til close was a highlight of the evening service was so good! The food was very fresh and I loved every last bit of it. The stuffed fish was very yummy and I polished off the entire entree (rare for me) The people I went with were super picky and sent back a dish, then got another and they were super pleased. They’re generally very hard to please. Will be returning!

The butterfly shrimp was lightly breaded and nicely seasoned. I didn’t care for the coleslaw (it was unsweet and a little dry) but would come here again if in the area.

Went here for lunch and OMG!!! The food was absolutely amazing (thank you google) and come on guys this is me talking!!! Fresh and hot, forget about the drinks! We both wanted the last piece of pie and my awesome server cut it in half for us… I’m coming back and I’m bringing my entire family!!!

I love this place. Every time I go there I have the same thing, fried shrimp coleslaw, baked beans and hushpuppies. I’ve never been there when I could not get a seat right away. The servers are very nice and vrry attentive. They have daily specials like barbeque. The location is a little hard to finx but that is probably why I can always get a seat. They have a pretty big drink selection too. I think there is even a bar there.

This place is just okay. The service, the food and the atmosphere are decent but nothing special. Wife and I will go because we’re non meat eaters, but we go to this place as our last option. They severed me a grouper sandwich and it was chewy. Grouper should never be chewy. But hey, they replaced it with a pretty decent pollack. To be fair, my wife loved her stuffed flounder and the fried green tomatoes were good. So, I give them average ratings.

The lobster-crab bisque wasn’t horrible but too thick for my taste. The fried oysters were delicious, the fried Alaskan Pollack was delicious. The hush puppies unfortunately were hard like rocks and may have killed someone if I threw them. The sweet potato fries were great. Asked for extra crispy and got them perfectly done. The service was exceptional and Mia truly took good care of me while I was there. Some bad and some good. All in all not a bad experience.
