Tried for the first time and the chicken was so well seasoned and crispy. Had the box meal with drink and even the ice chips are awesome! Garlic toast was great but a tad salty other than that it was awesome and we look forward to coming back. Service was friendly, fast and on point

Wannabe Zaxbys with a mini menu, which can be easy (however, very few choices – a meal or a bucket). While the place was new and the staff was great, the chicken was completely overcooked. Maybe it as a bad day for them. I am hesitant to try it again. Managers – if the food has been sitting on the warmer for a while, it is likely too “cooked”. First impressions are key to staying afloat. I paid $14 for a meal that had decent fries only. Other reviews seem to agree with me.

Just wanted to try this place ever since i moved to this area. I went about 10 min before they close. Really wasn’t expecting much, and I tried the chicken meal box. To my surprise, the chicken was fresh, crispy, and very well seasoned. Service was really great friendly and fast . Drive through was quick.

Needed a quick lunch before a meeting. $13 for the box with a small drink. Not the best value considering the portion size. The fries, chicken, and bread were lukewarm at best. Given that I really didn’t have to wait too long, the food must have been sitting for a minute. I discussed with a franchise person and he did a good job trying to make it right. I didn’t want anything other than to share honest feedback. The employees were all very nice. Based just on the value alone, I don’t foresee going back.

The chicken is really good, but they’ve gotten my order wrong more times than right! I often ask for an extra side of fries, and I’ve not gotten it. Got the fries, but they replaced something in the box instead of just adding an extra side of fries. They forgot my sauce once, so I asked for an extra sauce next time to replace it. They said they would, but charged for it. They’re generally very kind, and it’s so good I keep coming back… ♂️
