Been reading some not so good reviews so I wanted to come in and check it out. Ended up having a good experience with the workers and also the food. Only a couple people ahead of us and they workers moved along swiftly and were courteous to the people. Then it came to us and we enjoyed good service all the way to checking out. I had the Italian sub regular size (the middle size of the 3 sizes they offer) and everything was fresh. The sand which station they used was clean and no clutter around. No wait to ring me out. I wanted root beer and the syrup seemed out, but they got it switched quickly. We grabbed a table by the window and it was cleaned off, so that was nice. They did put window tint on the windows to block the Sun from coming in, so that’s nice for the people sitting by the windows. I would like to check them out again to see if their service is as consistent as it was today. Hopefully they are because jersey mikes gives a good product all over the nation. Today was no different.

I was a little skeptical walking in, as I usually order via the app. The first team member I spoke with was indifferent, when I asked how his day was going, he replied he was slicing meat….okay. The attitude improved as I slid down the rail to sandwich toppings. And when I forget to enter my phone number for points “mom” stepped up to help. A super polite, helpful, kind mom (manager?) was delightful and proud of her children who also worked there. This was a much better experience than my first visit in.

This particular store on Maize Street have staff that always looks lost. They seem to never have enough ingredients to have the sandwich that you want. There’s DEFINITELY NO LEADERSHIP whatsoever to make sure this place is running smoothly. Nobody seems to have tact and sense of urgency that they need to get things cooked and done. They move so slow that a sloth can make a sandwich faster than them.

Should of walked out instead of spending my money here. I ordered an original Italian. The employee making my sandwich went to grab some lettuce,(which was pink and looked old) took a handful out and a fly that was in the lettuce tray came out also. It landed on the cutting board and was half dead and very easy to see. He continued to make my sandwich! I had to repeat myself 3 times, each time louder that there was a fly in the lettuce. He just looked at me and ignored. Another worker had to tell him to make another sandwich. I had to remind him the whole Tray of lettuce was trash. Also had to remind a different worker that the fly was smashed on the cutting board (where they make sandwiches) under the tray. Also recieved a look before they removed it. This is common sense. This store needs shields over the food and commen sense in general. I shouldn’t have to teach food safety as a customer. I shouldn’t have spent a dime here. My appetite was ruined. These sandwiches are not that cheap, I am sure this store could afford pest control.

Very clean, efficient and friendly! They have a point system that can quickly earn a free sandwich. I had not been able to get my points (user error!) for previous purchases. When inquiring about it, they were quite accommodating!! I will bring past receipts, and they will update my points!

My sandwich was very good. My husband liked #56 the Philly cheese steak. I would have given 5 stars,but…..when you have a line out the door, it is not fair, when you finally get up to the counter to order, the whole line shuts down for you to make to go orders. There were plenty of people standing around in the back, you should have a sandwich making station in the back for call in orders. The people waiting in the line, physically there in the store deserve priority. Just my opinion.

We went due to charity day. The sandwiches were great and the owner was there talking to all the customers, helping take orders! Very impressive! That made me feel well taken care of! I will return! I definitely recommend the Philly Cheesesteak!

If you order on the app, pay in advance, tip in advance, it makes no difference. They will ignore your order until the line is empty. If you want Speedy service just go and stand in line. It doesn’t matter if it’s the best sandwich in the world. It’s insulting to watch the people who came in ten minutes after you stand in line and leave with their food at the same time.

Every time I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s it has been better than good enough, and there’s been a few times it wasn’t perfect and it was still very good. I like to get the club supreme the location at 72nd and cornhusker and Papillion is a clean store with a good staff.

The sandwiches are so delicious! Our family gets the hot chicken bacon ranch sub, the cold Club Sub, or Club Supreme, all of which are very good. I also tried the Grilled Portabella Mushroom and Swiss- a vegan choice- and it was delicious. The order is ready when they say it will be, and the service is great.
