Please don’t waste your money. I was really looking forward to trying this place out because of previous reviews. I was greatly disappointed. It’s a buffet and had two young women working. We had to ask for plates for the bar, then fix our own drinks, which isn’t a problem, but there was no ice. It’s 94 degrees and no ice. When I asked the one young lady, she went to get some, only to come back and say there wasn’t any at all. I should’ve asked for my money back and left then, but decided to try the food. There’s not a lot of choices, which wouldn’t be bad if the food was more than just palatable. What was suppose to be smoked chicken had one piece in the container that looked like it was put there yesterday. The mixed vegetables didn’t look fresh and the Mac n cheese had way too much garlic. I did like the squash and hashbrown casserole. There wasn’t any type of bread, no tarter sauce for the fish and the hash and pull pork were just ok. I usually don’t leave a review like this, but I feel like people need to know what their getting into before wasting your money.

I went in for a late lunch or early dinner, so did not expect too much. There is no lunch price for the buffet. Pulled pork had two varieties: no sauce and lightly seasoned. Both were very good and flavorful. Three varieties of squeeze bottle sauces: mustard, vinegar and red, which was out. No smoked chicken, only fried. Also only had back pieces with generic tenders. Rice & Hash was ok. Hash had pieces of pulled pork throughout. Some vegetables seemed fresh: yellow squash and cabbage with chunks of breakfast sausage. Others seemed dressed up from canned: green beans and baked beans. Hashbrowne casserole wasn’t special. Fried okra and crinkle-cut french fries seemed usual from freezer. I really liked the fried catfish nuggets. The girls said they battered them. Light flour and cornmeal. Very tasty with homemade tarter sauce. Didn’t try the cocktail sauce. Breakfast sausage links were available. No salads were available. Banana pudding was only dessert, short on bananas and wafers and whipped cream. Drink was included in buffet price. Brewed sweet tea and unsweetened was available, along with empty coffee pot. A few canned drinks, only orange to choose from. No fountain drinks and ice machine was not working very well. I was the only patron at the time. Others came in to look, some stayed to eat.

Awesome place! Very good for the price with the buffet, however I am disappointed that they are already looking to sell the location. 🙁
