This is some of the best BBQ I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy in the entire nation. I had the brisket and it the most tender I’ve seen anywhere and just as moist and flavorful to match. The sides are likewise fantastic, extremely well executed. I wouldn’t expect anything less from a place evidently frequented by the local fire department. I’ll definitely be stopping here again!

To say this place was delicious would be an understatement! We ordered the Mac n cheese burger & the brisket sandwich with fries & extra Mac n cheese… the mac is amazing!! Scarfed the brisket sandwich down too fast to take a picture 😉

A new must-stop in Hope. Excellent food, great price, good people. We stopped in from I-30 based on Google reviews, and loved it. Margaret (the owner) is a kind, hard-working lady who turned success with a food truck into a full-service restaurant. The brisket, beans, and okra are must-haves, and the pork was delicious as well. FYI, the sign says “yellow top”—this is the place! They just moved into the building, and are working on getting the sign changed.

Great food great place. Right next to the exit. Had the pulled pork sandwich with slaw on it. Fries and Mac and cheese. Everything was great . The sandwich buns are AMAZING. The BBQ was great but the bun put it over the top. Great fries, great BBQ sauce. Will be back.

Stopped by BigMac’s today and grabbed dinner. The ribs were falling off the bone tender, seasoned nicely with black pepper and a delicious slightly sweet and tangy sauce! The french fries were fresh cut and piping hot! The pulled pork didn’t even need sauce but the sauce is also delicious. Fast and friendly service. Will stop by again the next time I’m in Hope! Sorry no pics, the food disappeared too quickly!

In town for work and decided to try some local BBQ. Overall pretty good, the brisket had good flavor and ribs were cooked just right. I think my potato salad and coleslaw were home made but they were good! I would say that their BBQ sauce could be better, just not much to it as far as flavor. Also didn’t realize they do traditional dinning instead of ordering at the counter. The waitress was very confused when I sat down to eat.
