Had a large breakfast order and had to wait 20 minutes. When we got our food one of the meals was messed up It was a croissant with bacon on it no egg. My little girl was quite disappointed however when I called this afternoon raymond fixed the issue while beingvery understanding. Mistakes are unfortunate and happen everyso often. How we fix mistakes are important to me. That’s why I gave them four stars. Thanks Raymond for all you do.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a Southwestern whopper, which was a whopper by no means. It was about the same size as the palm of my hand. Also a spicy hand breaded chicken sandwich. Took all of maybe 2 minutes to get. Last time I had the chicken sandwich it took like 10 minutes if not longer to make. So not freshly made this time. My problem was with the whopper. I was already home when I started eating it. Tasted good. Got down to the last bite and there it was. A piece of a sticker hanging out of my burger. Only good part of that was when I looked, all of the sticker was still there. Won’t be going back there again or probably to any Burger King ever again.

Be me, in the drive through with a friend. Tell them we have 2 orders to place, she refused stating that “we can not place 2 orders for 1 car, you have to come inside or drive around again through the drive through” Never, have I ever had a problem placing two orders for one vehicle. Everytime I come to this burgerking in wadena, they botch my order or give me some kind of friction. Mcdonalds will be getting my buisness from here out. good luck burger king..

Shut the window and waved… they opened the window and said “what?!!” Ummmm my food… we only live 6 blocks away from the restaurant. When we opened our bag… the fries weren’t fully cook almost raw, and our burgers were slooped together. For sure thinking twice about ever going back!!!
