Very terrible experience. I ordered my son his breakfast eggs veggie whites. He began to eat it and automatically began to throw up. When I checked to see what was wrong I realized the eggs smelled rotten. This is very concerning for that to happen. Please make sure to check your food before eating it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Their coffee was good but their food not so well. I ordered a sandwich and hash browns, both of them were toasted and hard from the edges. I could barely eat it. They also need to put more employees, it was just one person and they had to do everything alone. They seemed overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, the people who work there are too slow and disrespectful, the other I bought an order, and they gave it to me without a bag to go, I asked a guy who was working there for a bag, and he totally ignored me the other lady who works there too,,,,, told him to give me a bag, and he still ignored me, I was waiting for a good 3 minutes and I had to leave because I was getting late to work. If the owner of this place situated on 845 E 49th St. Hialeah does not do something about it with his employees he’s going to lose a lot of customers, I’ve gone every day for the last 12 years to buy breakfast, and there’re many customers who are not happy at all since the owner had the Brillant idea to change all the staff. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! how in the world they’re going to give the customer their breakfast without a bag to go, and on top of that be disrespectful when we ask for one. Most of the time I order online because they’re very, very, very slow. VERY DISSAPOINTED

My husband and I went to this location today. Terrible customer service, the cashier was rude, the coffee was cold, the cup lid was poorly placed, and the coffee spilled all over me. Thanks God the coffee was cold!!!
