The definition of a hidden gem! I think On A Roll might be the best AYCE sushi in Las Vegas, and it’s crazy that no one knows about it. Their menu is tighter so everything they make is much higher quality than Sakana, Umiya, and Neko. The fish is consistently fresh and all the non-fish are surprisingly top notch. Definitely come to enjoy a la carte quality at AYCE prices!

We live a couple miles away and we always wanted to try it. We’re astounded for the good quality and service these guys can deliver. Our server Mike was attentive and knowledgeable on the dishes. If we asked no spicy he served no spicy at all, the Itamae (sushi chef) is excellent, all the food tasted fresh and juicy, we had been in a lot of sushi restaurants all over the world and this place deserve a special place. The AYCE service is outstanding, plates kept coming in good time and our glasses were never empty, ginger and wasabi were fresh and good quality too. The price was affordable and reflects the good quality and service you’re getting. I’ve checked the bad reviews and those are either fake or from a different place. Five stars all the way here. Very recommended and because I live close by I’ll be there more often. Keep the good work going!!

We dined in for lunch. This is a very good AYCE sushi restaurant. Although this might be a couple dollars more than other places for lunch, it is definitely worth it. Many items on the regular menu are seen on other place’s premium menus, such as salmon belly and sushi salad. Everything from the Miso soup to the mango mochi was excellent! We thought it a little odd that the coconut shrimp wasn’t served with any sauce, but it was still very good. It’s a rather small mini mall location, with only about a dozen tables. The servers use tablets for ordering, which helps the food come quickly. They don’t load you up on rice, and the nigiri is sliced a perfect thickness. The shrimp tempura and mussels were so good, we had to order extra. Both the yellowtail belly and salmon belly were superb! I suggest they spend the extra $12 a month to buy the YouTube premium, so customers don’t have to sit there and watch commercials while they eat. The interior was nice, but nothing real fancy. Nice decorations. We look forward to our return visit!

My wife and I went to kill some time and decided to try this place since we love sushi. OMG this place was comforting smoothing environment and the sushi was delicious. Very flavorful and the waitress was very nice and attentive. Definitely going back again.

I don’t typically enjoy Nigri but this place was really good. The rice was well seasoned, the fish is very fresh. As soon as you step inside you are greeted by many friendly faces. The rolls had the perfect ratio of everything so you can really savor each distinct taste. Get in before they get super popular!

Recently i heard there’s a new chef, and i visited again, i feel like the food quality has improved a lot, and this time i really enjoyed my food. I recommend coming here if you enjoy sushi! (ps: I love the appetizers)

Had the AYCE lunch here today, and it was overall a great experience. Everything was great – even the rice for the nigiri was flavored well, something that a lot of places seem to miss. The oil on the seaweed salad has a nice little kick to it. All of the fish was fresh and tasty – the smoked salmon wasn’t over smoked, it was subtle and flavorful.
