Usually I have no issues, but today was a bust. Why am I paying extra for “double meat” and only getting one slice of turkey? How is this correct advertising? I need to find a better sandwich place. Especially with all the brown lettuce I’ve pulled out.

You guys are just serving bread these days. No way these sandwiches arrive as they look in the promo photos. I gave it chance for the 3rd time and still, I get a flat sandwich with one piece of turkey and one piece of bacon. The bread halves were touching. Bwahaha!! Didn’t have a photo to share this time, but if I order again, it will probably be the same so I’ll get you one then.

I haven’t had jimmy johns in a while and I was craving one. So my BF went and got me a # 5. I was surely disappointed with my sandwich. I’ve had jimmy johns at plenty of other different locations and this location definitely did NOT measure up to the JJ’s I’ve previously had at the other locations. The bread was a bit hard, odd color. As you can see by the picture it was definitely NOT very filling. I’ll make sure to go a bit farther for a location with better reviews and better looking than this establishment.

My first time at Jimmy John’s! Will now be my go to sub shop. The bread is AMAZING! Not full of air….like another sub place. I ordered the ham and cheese for my first time. It was fresh, it was substantial and adding a soda and chips cost the same as just a 12 inch sandwich at other sub shops.
