Do not go here! Every time we go here there is something wrong with our order. This time was the last straw! Crunchy not cooked rice 2-3 small pieces of Chicken in burrito my wife’s bowl 2/3 full. My sons Steak was over cooked and chewy! My Burrito was so much smaller than my sons! See photos.

We (Visiting Angels ) had a great time partnering with Chipotle to hold a fundraising dinner. They gave a percentage of the sales to support our fundraising campaign for the Alzheimer’s Association. Of course the food was delicious as usual and Kevin, the mgr and their whole team were great. Thanks for supporting the local community.

Go to Folsom instead/filthy & dangerous: all trash cans overflowing inside and out, ice cubes overflowing from fountain machine tray with a pile on the floor (some left even after half-hearted attempt to sweep up), drink area smelled like mildew and gym socks (maybe the non-slip mat had never been cleaned?), cabinet below left open with stuff out over 15 mins., counters in food prep area not clean, employees walking over water on the ground around the corner where they hide out to chat, didn’t provide the “normal” amount of meat in the bowl, chips were stale. When I first arrived I thought it was in this condition because they were under staffed since I only saw 3 employees behind the counter but as I was sitting to eat, I observed at least 5 of them. They aren’t under staffed, they just don’t care and management doesn’t seem to uphold any standars. Drive to the Folsom location; it’s worth it to avoid this in the future.

Worst Chipotle I’ve had. Very, very skimpy portions. Perhaps half of what I usually expect from a Chipotle burrito bowl. Each bite was 85% rice, they gave hardly any sofritas or other toppings. Incredibly disappointed, major waste of money. Avoid.

Worst experiences ever. Over and over. No salad dressing ever, quesadilla press is broken, frozen meat and salsas. We live in EDH and love Chipotle for a healthy, easy option on busy nights. But this is just beyond ridiculous.
