Every time I come here my food is so sloppily made. Their ice cream machines are always “broken” and their out of deserts. Honestly seems like their just too lazy to make them and it’s costing their business money.

This happened on monday 7/24. Went through the drive thru and a young lady was very rude to me. I was yelled at, at the window, because this lady did not hear me say no drink. When i pulled up i also heard the other young lady at the window make racial remarks about me (im of asian descent). It was the two plussized hispanic woman (one with glasses, the other with makeup and mask) who work the window. I dont leave reviews often but i dont feel like i or any other customer should have to deal with rude employees (I dont know why she was so mad, i just ordered food) or racist employees (you shouldnt scream racial remarks while you are working, you shouldnt do it at all). I will not be coming back or recommending this place until employees like this cease to work there

I drove through the drive through and ordered three sandwiches today for over $22.00. I was extremely disappointed when I got home to discover one of my sandwiches ( beef and cheddar) was missing. I realize people can make mistakes but it is totally unacceptable that you will not answer your phone when customers are attempting to call you. I have been attempting to call for the last hour.

Stopped by Arby’s at 20 minutes to close and was told by the manager they no longer had the fryer going so couldn’t make any french fries or fried chicken. I guess if you want their food, make sure you go early enough because they shut things down before their hours are actually over.
