If I could give zero stars I would ! Just left here for breakfast and walked in 4 young ladies laughing extremely loud! .. we didn’t pay it much mins ya know it’s work! We sat down and she gave us our soda which was out of fizz so I was trying to get her Attention.. but her and another coworker were too busy trying to get the attention of a man that was eating there that they both liked. She was also texting on her phone as if she was sitting on the couch. After 3-4 attempts and in an effort not to be disrespectful I just got up and left. Cigarettes, a chair and someone drink was right at the door yet a large sign says no smoking THIS establishment made waffle house look terrible and the dining area, restroom was sooo dirty but they had time to I mean obnoxiously laughs and Aw over this man who was clearly uncomfortable and just trying to leave and pay for his meal.. NEVER going here again !

I’ve had decent experiences at this waffle house and the food is good. It’s convenient when you work late shifts and need some food late at night. My issue comes with the fact that I tried to go in and order after one of these late night shifts and the one person working told me they were closed. That the store had run out of gloves so they couldn’t prepare any food. Its frustrating and disappointing being turned away left me feeling sour. The whole idea of Waffle House is that they are always open.

Our car club came none of our order was correct. We asked for help from the employees and we were told several times that THE SECTION WE WERE IN WAS SOMETHING THEY WERENT RESPONSIBLE FOR. We had to watch the cook eat and be on his phone and not wash his hands! We witnessed people drinking drinks and not washing hands or my thing. This place is very unorganized. We asked for water and couldn’t even get that while our order was completely messed up! Something needs to be done about this! I run a restaurant and this would not pass as acceptable for me! I need someone to reach out to me about this experience. We will not be returning at all.

My family just dined at this location. When we walked in there was a sign on the door stating “Do not sit at a Dirty table.” But literally everywhere that didn’t have a person was dirty. The cleanest table just needed to be wiped down, so we stood by it for a minute waiting for someone to wipe it down. No big deal to wait, we were very patient. However, we then noticed the floors were filthy and looked as if they had not even attempted to sweep from previous diners. There was bacon and waffle bits on the floor, as well as, crumpled up napkins and straw paper everywhere. Usually it’s not a big deal for me to overlook a little mess on the floor, but this was an obvious attempt at ignoring the mess. We received plastic ware to eat with, but later saw a couple of other guests get metal ware. I assumed they must have been behind on cleaning, but never saw anyone of the 6 people even begin to wash anything. I noticed at one point one lady started sweeping, but it was in the kitchen area, not anywhere near where it actually needed to be swept.

We have been to several Waffle House Restaurants over the years and this location by far was the best experience we have ever had and the meal was beyond perfect. Justin, who has only been on the job 3 days, was amazing. Steven prepared our meals. My husband and I both agreed that it was the best we have ever had out of any locations that we have ever visited. Their customer service was top notch and it was real. Thank you Justyn and Steven. You will be seeing a lot more of us.

The waitress was great and the food good, but cook didn’t have a hair net on. The first thing I seen in my plate was a hair from his beard. Now I work in a dinning hall at a college and if my boss seen that the cook would be wróte up.or fired.

Walked into place a to-go order stood at the counter for about 10 minutes the staff made every effort to avoid eye contact or acknowledge me so I sat down to wait. they were obviously not busy. We sat there another 20 minutes, and no one would acknowledge us, so we got up and left. wow!
