Tried to place a phone order for pickup After being hung up on several times, then left on hold for 20 minutes, I had arrived at the location. There was no line to place my order in person, but Dawn, who was working the register, admitted openly to avoiding the phone order. The staff has been on a decline over the last 6 months.

Wings tasted gross. They weren’t crunchy and almost started to feel like you were chewing on gum. Fries were dry, unsalted and looked like they’ve been sitting for a few hours before given them to us. Soda did not have flavor, coke tasted more like water than soda. Music was unnecessarily bad. Definitely not worth your money. Attend your closest Buffalo Wild Wings instead

Wouldn’t say I’m a huge Wingstop fan overall, however even with that said this place isn’t somewhere I’ll be going back to anytime soon unless there’s improvement. I’ve been here 3 times in total, the number of wings are big but there’s hardly any meat on them. They season these wings with kinda generic spices… The worst part was the service by far! Me and my friend saw a loud argument take place between 2 young ladies, an employee and customer in front of everybody! The employees give off the attitude like something is bothering them or simply they just don’t want to be there . If I were to give this place a rating out of 10, I’d give it a 2 or 3.
