Went here today for the first time after playing some disc golf. I was looking for something healthy and that I could grab quickly, and Blend did exactly that! Lots of options here food wise, I got the power bowl which was amazing. This was their small size in the photo, and it was more than enough. I saw someone get a wrap that was HUGE and easily shareable for two. Excited to come back here and try something else!

perfect! We just popped in from Germany for some smoothies. Great menu options. Especially like the fact that it’s OK to put together any crazy concoction you can dream up at NO extra cost. My son and I REALLY enjoyed the creation he put together. Super friendly and helpful staff! A fantastic addition to the Riverwalk community and the riverfront scene!

This place is the real deal. I’m hooked & go there a few times throughout the week. Everything on the menu is scrumptious. From smoothies my go to is the (Purple Hornet) to wraps and their bowls. Clean place, vibrant and organized, friendly staff. All in a nutshell. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem! While waiting for my sons during basketball practice I stumbled across this place. When I walked through the door the owner Mr Pete was very welcoming and informed me of what they offered. All ingredients are fresh and the Acai bowl and Buffalo chicken wrap I ordered was delicious. If I could give this location 10 stars I would! Keep up the great work guys ❤️

In town for a basketball tournament and wanted something healthy to eat. Fortunately we found Blend. Great place for healthy food options at reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Peteys Power Bowl (you can also build your own bowl). Smoothies and açaí bowls also great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We ate here two days in a row. Totally worth the drive – definitely take the trip to them if you’re in the area!

Love Blend and welcome to Rock Hill!! I’ve tried a salad and wrap and smoothie and all were so delicious and the staff is very friendly. The Greek chicken is good in anything and they have both built (suggested) options on the board or build you own salads, bowls, wraps, and sandwiches! So excited a healthy restaurant that is delicious is here. Will continue to go back multiple times!

We had a great meal at blend this afternoon. Owners walked us through the menu and were super friendly. I had a Buffalo Chicken wrap and my daughter had a buffalo chicken salad. They customized this and gave us lots of meat. Tasted very fresh and was fairly priced. The Riverwalk area is an absolute gem in Rock Hill. You can sit outside and have a great lunch or meal. We will definitely be back to try more items. But a great place for a meal or snack in the Rock Hill area.
