Tonight was my first time trying this restaurant. Immaculate experience, from the food to the service to the atmosphere, only good things to say! Our drinks included a sweet strawberry mocktail, a sweet strawberry cocktail, and a whisky on a rock, all prepared perfectly. The bread and smooth butter/olive spread was a good way to start, very unique in comparison to typical bread and butter at any restaurant. I was convinced to try the black mussels which I’ve never been tempted to and I have to say, they did not disappoint! Our entree’s were the beet agnolotti and prime ribeye. Phenomenal, just tender meat cooked to perfection and such a delicious pesto pasta. We also got the crème brûlée and pistachio torte, which were great! The atmosphere was very modern and intimate, you can definitely tell it’s new. It’s absolutely stunning! And the service, I could rave about. The hostess Fadia was amazing and super personable, she came over and had a chat with us a couple times. Such a sweetheart, lots of recommendations as well! Our waitress Cherish was very kind and relatable too, presenting everything beautifully and with a smile. She also assisted me in surprising my brother with the dessert with candles and she personally congratulated him for an internship he recently was offered which was so sweet and she helped me get away with paying so props to her! Also, I forgot my sunglasses on the table and Mark ran them out to me when I was getting my car from valet. He also said have a nice day with a big smile on his face, just had to throw that in there I really appreciate it! Would definitely come back and intend to recommend it to others for sure!

PHENOMENAL! This was our first time visiting Symposia and what a great experience. Everything from the atmosphere, to the service, to the cuisine was exceptional. Reza, the restaurant manager, greeted us at the door and was very attentive to us throughout our dinner. I would highly recommend the filet and salmon. Thank you for having us Reza and staff, my wife and I will definitely be coming back again!

What an experience from start to finish! From the minute we pulled up in valet we were greeted so kindly and directed into the hotel. We walked through the lobby into the restaurant where Nadia the host greeted us with a smile, took our coats and seated us. Our server Montgomery was very informative and attentive. The food we ordered was well seasoned and perfectly plated. The branzino was probably the best I’ve ever had, it came with a sauce on the side which elevated the taste of the fish. It was deboned to perfection I didn’t get a single fish bone! The manager went above and beyond making sure our experience was great. He even asked my 5 year old if his food was up to par. I will definitely be back with my friends and family.

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience! Complementary Valet, greeted with a smile by the hostesses & sat right away (7pm reservation). The decor was very well done & impressive!
