I have placed a few orders with the Domino’s in East Alton, IL. My family is not small either, my orders are always 60 to 80 dollars every time. Every single time I have ordered, the pizzas come burnt, toppings dried out, and most of the time when I order it says 35 to 45 min wait time, but I don’t get my order for atleast 90 mins. I have filed complaints through their website, through the track your order, and have never been able to get anything resolved. I have wasted alot of money giving them extra chances thinking maybe it’s bad staffing, bad day, or something, but have never had a good out come. I have placed a few orders over the course of 2 years, and have never had a good experience. Have never gotten money back for a bad order, or the order corrected in any way. I’m not sure I will ever trust a Domino’s restraint again if the Higher up people can’t even respond to a complaint after I can’t get the store itself to correct it either. I will take my money and my business else where.

I am a regular delivery customer from this Domino’s. The pizza is always hot and fresh. Today I received the wrong order, but Alleyah worked quickly and professionally to get the correct order out to us. I love being able to track my order online. I will order again and again.

This store is terrible!!! We keep giving them another chance, but it always goes back to the same thing! It has been an hour and 40 mins. and we still don’t have our order. It was on it’s way 20 mins ago and we just live up the street from them. All we ordered was wings, a sandwich, and 2 orders of cinnamon twists!!! This is ridiculous!!

If I could give less than a 1 I would absolutely pathetic over 2 hrs for a small pizza and a med pizza the manager Jacob did absolutely nothing and even lied saying it was going into the oven next then called back 40 mins later for.him to say it was going into the oven again saying he never had spoken to me in which case I said I have someone that heard the conversation he snickered and said it had to have been someone else. Then my order finally gets marked as complete and still no pizzas and the last time I called I got told it was on the way by a woman that said she was the gm and said it was on the way that was 30 mins ago pathetic

Had a horrible experience with store number 341 with a manager named Maria. She spoke in a nice condescending tone and refused to fix a mess up after I had spoken to a male manager a week ago about a large pepperoni pizza credit. I was given a run around about how she couldn’t find the credit under numerous numbers I had provided. She told me she could not help me at all.

DO NOT order from here. Ordered at 11pm to an area hotel. Order never received. Customer service was terrible when calling what was likely the 800 number. And no one from actual store ever answered. Took our money but no order. Will be demanding refund tomorrow.
