Terrible food. Roast Beef was unbelievably dry. No juice with the French dip and the fries speak for themselves. A complete waste of $50 today not to mention our coworkers time on her break. Does not deserve any stars.

Stopped by here today and the experience was absolute trash! Who do you guys have running these businesses? Someone needs to take a close look because the reviews are full of complaints! I ordered two kids meals (roast beef) and an additional slide. The drinks were so flat it made no sense. They replaced them once it was brought to their attention, but the replacements were flat too. Meanwhile I taste the fries, they are burnt to a crisp, so we ask for a remake on those too… all of this, while I’m just sitting in the drive through. I know the people behind us had to be so aggravated…. To add insult to injury, no napkins were in my bag. I will not be back to this location. Total waste of money…

Ordered a beef and cheddar combo and fish woth chips combo on 09/03/23. When we got home after going through the drive thru and waiting for our food to be done there was no cheese on the beef n CHEDDAR and fries were old. This crew has poor quality of service and does not care.

We did drive-thru. It was very slow, we ended up having to wait on the side of the building (not the drive thru window) until they came out to give us, it took about 30min+. Not even an apology either, as well as the service was too slow when taking our order. At the window he also got our order mixed up multiple times. I recommend a screen for people to see that they are getting the order right, or at least have the person repeat the order back before pulling to the window as well as at the window. The food was not hot, (we definitely expected it to be since we waited so long) as well as being a bit bland. They also didn’t give me a straw for my shake, or a receipt.

Don’t recommend this place. Ordered chicken tender meal. Chicken was OLD. Fries were COLD. Went through drive thru when I ordered and inconvenienced me to not only have to come back to the restaurant but also had to go inside for them to fix THEIR mistake. Manager was real nice but that doesn’t take away from the inconvenience they caused.

I got an email for the Arby’s anniversary special so I made an order through the app. I had trouble getting the app to accept any form of payment so I went to the store. The staff assured me that they were on the app but could only give me a small price break rather than honoring the official offer from Arby’s. Not cool.

Absolutely DO NOT eat from this restaurant. We ordered dinner from here through doordash, everybody had roast beef except my 16 year old daughter who had the Buffalo chicken sandwiches, that night she woke up throwing up everywhere, she had a headache, her belly was cramping and painful so we called her doctor and come to find out those chicken sandwiches gave my daughter food poisoning, she spent about 48 hrs puking her guts out and feeling miserable. We found out after that, that the chicken and ranch didn’t taste right but she thought it was just her imagining stuff.

The employee making the food does not wear gloves, that’s just disgusting. I was a manager for McDonald’s a long time and I seen this a lot even from supervisors of the company. I’m pregnant and refuse to eat any fast food because of trifling people like this.

Ordered a Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse burger through the drive through. The burger looked good and presentable but it was over cooked and meat was extremely dry. The taste of the burger was not very good. Would not recommend that burger .
