I’ve eaten here a few times because I wanted to support local businesses. However the food has never been very good. Nobody behind the counter has hair nets, gloves or masks. The manager Kim is very vulgar and rude. I recently had an issue where my wife had a hair in her food, the first manager was very apologetic and offered to refund or replace it. It turned out that my payment had not gone through so I offered to pay for my meal. He said it was on the house don’t worry about it and said he would make it right next time I ordered.

Called tonight and was told they arnt serving anymore people because they’re out of veggies. That’s two hours before closing. They used to be really good but it’s slowly gone down hill, I used to order a lot when they first opened now every time I go to order something’s wrong or the meat is super dry.

The food can be a hit or miss. At times it can be great and other times be overcooked. I feel like for $35.00 the food should be a little bit more consistent. Overall, when it’s not overcooked, the food is worth it and tastes great. It is convenient since there’s not a whole lot of options to choose from in Prince George.

The steak was so tough my husband would chew it and spit it out. The rice is burnt yum yum sauce not so yum yum. Watered down and rice must have been scraped off bottom of pan. The drinks they give you to chose from are the cheapest you can get. The prices for two burnt meals was over 34.00 not worth the money by no means. I support local businesses if they deserve it. They try to make money off local people and not give good food. Never will I eat there again. I have them three chances and each time the same.

Usually I like the food and I’ve been a repeat customer, just the past few times have been not the greatest. After today I really don’t think I’ll be coming back. $15 for this is pretty ridiculous. Barely any steak(not medium), few pieces of zucchini, a piece of broccoli. Really disappointed honestly.

Decided to try this place despite the negative reviews. Unfortunately that was not a good choice. We went in to a nice young guy manning the register and an older man cooking behind him. We ordered two hibachi meals, one steak only and one steak and shrimp combo. We were told it’d be 45 mins so we decided to go back home and return when it was ready. Once we returned, our food was ready to go and the young man handed us the bag and said “Have a good night.” Luckily, my husband noticed that each meal is supposed to come with a soda. I turned around and asked if we were going to get drinks and the guys said “Uh…yeah, what did you want?” Considering you can’t see the cooler with the sodas because of how it’s positioned, I needed him to tell me what they carried. Once we got our drinks I realized they only put two white sauces in the bag so I asked for two more and the guy rolls his eyes and grabbed two out of the fridge and gave them to me without saying anything. So, we finally get home and open everything up and that’s where the most disappointing part happens. We get two “salads” with our meals which is just cheap ice burg lettuce mix soaking in water, no dressing. I had to literally drain each salad container because of the amount of water they contained. I try my steak, which when I was asked how I wanted it cooked I said medium rare, and it was cooked all the way through. Super hard and leathery. The shrimp was the saving grace for me because it was very good. They ran out of noodles so my husband and I both had to get rice. It was cooked ok, a little hard but not the worst I’ve ever had. For the price, the food was NOT worth it. I’ll never be going here again and I would suggest that you save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Over priced and food was burnt. Rice seemed to be scraped from.bottom of pan. The steak was very tough and the yum yum sauce is very thin. For 2 combo meals it was over 34.00 and the drinks they offer are the clover valley cheap cammed drinks I always like to give money to local businesses and I will give them 3 chances before i stop supporting them. 3 out of 3 times the food was burnt and over priced. It made my wife sick the last time. If you dont care what you eat and spend your money on then this is the place for you.

Now is not the time to be eating at this establishment. I pulled up there last night to see a young woman and young man preparing onions with no gloves or any precautions for that matter. I called there today to inform the manger/owner. Gave my phone number, received a call back a few minutes later from Preston that also went by the name of David. At that point it was clear they lacked more than sanitation efforts; honesty as well.

First and last time I will order here. I ordered hibachi shrimp (cost was almost $15.00), I went straight home and mind you I live less than two miles away, my rice was cold they forgot the shrimp and only gave me veggies (mostly broccoli that was under cooked)
