As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The guy that waited on us we get up to the window and and the guy at the window he’s like do you want to order something I feel like saying no I just wanted to stand here. I visited the Upper Valley Pike Springfield, Ohio location on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 7pm and opted to go to the front window to order. I stood waiting several minutes at the open front window and none of the 3 employees even speaking to me. As I was waiting I noticed an employee wearing a “clean kitchen warrior” shirt and it made me shake my head because there was big clumps of dust and dirt hanging from a monitor and ceiling. I lost my appetite at that point and walked away. I only gave a rating of 1 star because there is not the option to give 0 stars.

Live close to this place & like their food if it’s fixed properly. The last 2 times we went we couldn’t even get food. Once I could only pay with cash,the next time was they wasn’t taking orders. I would like a good big bufferd but I just can’t deal with this place anymore.

Never had an order wrong or bad food from this location. Nice to stop by again after not living in the area anymore. They have an automated ordering system in the drive thru, which throws you off a bit if you’ve never seen it before, but it works well.

Went through to get 3 big Buford combos spending $30! Beef was super dry and crispy, fries were saturated in oil and containers were half full. For $30 you would expect better. We don’t have a Rally’s in Xenia so we were excited to eat there. Bummer.
