Tim greeted me with a smile. He also gave me the best suggestion for my sides.

This looks like an after thought in this 7 eleven. Only a couple of tables down what once was an aisle and had a beverage order dropped there, so it was difficult to even sit amongst the stock. The carnitas looked like it had been sitting there for hours and we were there at 11:30am. I liked the topping/salsa bar. The tortillas were fresh and hot. We were disappointed, thinking it would be a small restaurant inside the store with it’s own area. It was no better than a truck stop.

Food was complete garbage. Dried out rice which they served. Carnitas where completely burnt. Everything is on a steam table and tasted like it was sitting from the night before. How is this place still in business. Also the employee serving inedible food. Should be fired. Should have went across the street to chipotle. At least there food is fresh. Nothing good to say about this place and the health department will be getting a call. Good place to catch a bad case of diarrhea. Avoid this place like the plaque

Stopped to get enchilada meal 6.49 for friend on my way to work @ 1:12 pm . Had to be at work by 1:30. Person I got food for says supposed to be 3 not one, not burnt. So I called .. there # and 7‐11 number. Voicemail. So at 530 went straight there. Untouched food, receipt, prep ticket, still in bag. Nice young lady calls over Travis and he takes my food, chastises me for it being 4 hours by repeatedly saying it’s been 5 hours. Says against company policy to refund. I say for food that was 1 third ? He says yeah I ask repeatedly for my receipt and go to leave. Realize I paid for the food and want it. Go back in and this 6 ft 5 guy tells me I cannot have my food back, he is going to call the police and have me trespassed and refused to give my food back. God I wanted so bad to wait for police but… in the off chance this guy was able to continue to gaslight and say I was causing a scene and have me arrested. For hi. Stealing my food… like yeah this guy kept food I paid for. He is one of those in charge bully types.

Went for lunch today and it was busy, great start. Ordered 2 fajitas, 1 chicken and 1 beef. Yes, the food is sitting in warming trays, just like Chipotle, which I love also. Tortillas were made to order, nice touch. Both the fajitas were great. Next time, which could be tomorrow, I will try something different and get some salsa this time. Spicy salsa would make it even better. Thanks Laredo, Inverness needed more quick Mexican food than just Taco Bell, which I am not a fan of. Glad I found you!

I am given 1 star bc that is the only way I can be able to write a review. Horrible experience there today. Ordered the fajita deal they have. They ran out of chicken, I had to get the steak- but they only had enough steak for 1 of my fajitas. Was given other meat options, I picked one and they finished putting my fajitas together. Got my slip to pay and saw I was charged almost $28 for 4 fajitas (deal is 2/$6). When I questioned the employee about it I was told that toppings added.. obviously, but $15 in toppings? Was then told- oh it’s bc you got different meat. I was never told that it was going to be extra due to having to pick something else. After stating this the employee stated it was basically my fault bc of what time we came in for food. Rude and full of attitude.

Too bad you can’t give it minus stars, went to the new one in Inverness, Fl. today. It was terrible. We went at about 5pm, a reasonable time for supper I thought. Very little refried beans or rice left, dried and crusty. The enchiladas and various meats were also dried and sticky looking. I asked a server if they had any fresh food as we wanted a couple of plate dinners she nope, we don’t have any and turned her back, I told the other server the left over food was not for us and left. Makes Taco Bell look great!

While the food is dry, the service is also lackluster. I repeated myself several times “Whatever it comes with, no up charges” Guess what I got with my breakfast bowl? An upcharge. Once my desperation gets high enough, I may think about returning again.
